A post on surgeons and practitioners who needed to be stayed away from.

So, I’ll start this post with Dr Farshid Mahboubirad, who has a pretty impressive following, but an equally controversial ‘career.’ This surgeon was actually thrown in jail at one point and then began doing surgeries abroad in the Ukraine a few years ago, he invited a number of influencers and managed to botch pretty much all of them, doing their surgeries in a HOTEL (yes, you read that right (not even a hospital). Some of these girls were extremely well known and promised surgery in return for exposure. One girl I knew had just left after having surgery with him before he was arrested.

Jailyne Ojeda was one of these influencers, but seems to have decided after agreeing to have surgery with him that she would still tell people she hadn’t (she has a history of denying surgeries after all - but far more recently has admitted a ‘repair’ nose job with a surgeon in California whilst not owning up to the extensive other work). Dr Farshid, decided to expose Jailyne by posting her before and afters and all hell broke loose at the time 😅 He’s also known for heavily editing his photos, he’s not the only one though, so with that I’ll move onto some more craziness.

Of these two Dr Furtado was extremely well known on social media. He went on the run with his mother after killing a patient but was later charged and found. This guy was like a celebrity himself, I had actually spoken to him privately, but thought better of booking with him.

At this point you may well be thinking ‘these things would never happen in the US or Europe.’ We do have great safeguards in place but there are those who have slipped though the loopholes here too.

Not as bad as some of these people practicing by a long way but a very well known surgeon in America was caught inflating the sizes of the implants he was working with. It came to light when some of his patients went to other surgeons and were found with far less cc than he had said he’d put in. The surgeon’s name? Pousti. He’s taken ‘early retirement’ now, which you could say is very convenient 😉

There are others who have been accused of working drunk or high, or accepting ‘sexual favours’ as payment. My next post will be on a notorious UK practitioner so crazy they need their own post 😂

These patient stories are invaluable when it comes to researching and understanding procedures. I had had so much done but I still hop on YouTube and watch other people’s experiences. So much respect for their who choose to tell their story.

Dr Ghavami is a very well known surgeon in the US, he works on a lot of influencers and models.

I watched another procedure earlier with one of Kim Kardashian’s surgeons and whilst the results looked 👍 a comment that the patient in that video made struck me. She said she had paid a huge premium and for that reason he ‘must’ be good. It hadn’t occurred to her that the much higher cost was likely in large part due to his extremely expensive location, and all the extra expenses associated with that, passed onto her, as well as just the fact well he could get away with charging 5x more because he worked with Kim. Spending more does not necessarily mean you will always get better results but I do agree you’ll usually be in much nicer surroundings and more comfortable.

Cosmetic enhancements should NEVER be done for other people. You will never be happy if you’re trying to please others because the truth is unfortunately a lot of people don’t have your best interests at heart. Honestly breaks my heart to see what has happened to some, from being pushed to pimped out by partners online (I used to speak to who I thought was a very well known XL model, but it was actually her husband pretending to be her).

I’ve lost count of the number of women I see being told they ‘must’ go bigger, whether that’s by a boyfriend, husband, or so-called fans. And the number of women who have had complications under the radar and quietly disappeared.

Enhancements are fascinating.. and amazing.. but should NEVER be at the cost of your physical or mental well-being,

ALWAYS try and go for good quality implants by the way. Years ago in the UK we had the PIP scandal, where substandard silicone implants were being given to women in surgery. I remember quite vividly a very well known company offering me a pair of these which were ‘XL’ and whilst I was told they weren’t of the best quality they should never have been offered in the first place. They were a danger. I ended up going with Eurosilicone instead, which came with a lifetime guarantee, and had no problems whatsoever with those.

A doctor reacting a woman from Ukraine with the biggest cheeks in the world. I like how he says at the beginning it may not be something he would like or would do, but if she does fair enough. Safety is always what we need to think about.

Also, notice how he mentions that $2000 worth of filler is not much in his eyes, and neither would $3000 be. in Europe 2000 dollars would buy 10+ syringes of filler but in the US you would get fat less for that amount. As an example I paid 600/700 per syringe for something 8 would pay 180 for in the UK.

A girl who used to be known for her very large lips. She came to dislike her lips later and had the filler dissolved. It’s sad to me that she got hate from people when she had her lips at her biggest but also from others when she dissolved. The most important thing after safety to me is how the person themselves feels. You should never live your life for others. As long as SHE is happy that is all that matters 🥰💙💜💙

500cc implant overfilled to 5000cc

I’ve seen a few similar videos to this inflating shells, including going much larger. What stops women going really huge is not usually the implant but the skin. It’s easy to say ‘it must be possible, because look at the implant’, but remember the human body has to deal with this as well. Quite often there will be infection and other issues.

Already did a post on this, but came across this, which illustrates perfectly how the SAME size implant can look very different according to the profile (the higher profile it is, the higher it stands and the narrower the base if we’re talking about the same cc size).

Remember I once mentioned going from a moderate profile 700cc implant to my next step, a high profile 1000cc one. It was only a very modest increase but suddenly gave me a much faker, higher, rounder look, and for the first time I really thought WOW

Of course not everyone wants that, A lot of women prefer a more natural look, and in that case you would go for a lower profile 💙

I have actually had an implant rupture, but it was a butt implant 😅 Implants can take a LOT of pressure but aren’t infallible.

Ruptured implants are a pain, but remember with a saline implant in case of rupture it’s only the saline leaking out, which is not unsafe. With silicone, rupture can cause more problems.

My implant that ruptured was silicone but stayed intact. It is always worth paying a little extra to make sure you have quality shells that aren’t going to put you at risk in case of an accident or trauma.
