Echo Flower:

The Echo Flower is a mysterious cyan flower that repeats back whatever words it heard last, over and over. In Undertale, you can use it to hear conversations of passersby.

Hydramon:

Here is an excerpt from the official digimon reference book, "A gigantic Plant Digimon that primarily takes root in swampland. It constantly secretes a highly-toxic liquid from its whole body, which it mercilessly uses to dissolve anyone that touches it and preys on them. Also, it has a habit of expelling large amounts of that liquid from its abdomen, melting the ground and creating swamps to expand its nest. These swamps disturb the surrounding ecosystem, so if you see ominous flowers that have grown abnormally, it is a sign to be cautious."  Also its name is a play on the words hydra (a multiple headed snake monster from greek myth) and the flower hydrangea.

ok so it is a sentient plant that looks like a humanoid radish of like 5ft? 6ft tall? it's definitely not a normal, down-the-mill radish that became sentient though because when it made like... burgers, or tomatoes, or even sundaes, become sentient, none of them became humanoid. So I think there's a pretty strong basis to argue that this guy is a completely different plant from anything existing. also it's from a parallel dimension. This guy has more lore than Peter and Chuck put together. The two quickest way to win its boss fight are to stomp on it repeatedly or shoot it in the face too quickly for the stun to wear off. Shooting and stomping are special attacks that are only available to a few characters though. This guy makes food sentient, opens a portal, kidnaps every human being in our world, commits multiple Geneva Protocols violations. Also I saw sexy fanart of it once and it's been haunting me ever since.
