I fell asleep last night before I could post these, but here! Have some miscellaneous OC (plus Gaster & Alphys) facts!
I think Carlope is orange? Like pale orange
Kelinn’s not a true dragon but she is in the draconic family (she hoards books)
Asteri is not as thirsty as I draw her, she just craves intimacy and skin contact (bone contact…?)
Actually Gaster’s much worse than she is, but he keeps it to himself. Usually. He’s just awkward.
Alphys and her mom aren’t on good terms.
Sembie’s husband is considered “one of the girls” when they all hang out
Kelinn is extremely, vocally asexual (and uncomfortable with sex) but frequently makes jokes about it (based on my real life friend)
Asteri seems like she should be a lightweight, but her body is a lot bigger than it looks, so she’s not. Human Asteri is a lightweight though.
Gaster’s favorite color is deep purple, and has been since long before he met Asteri.
Kelinn is the one Asteri used to think she had a crush on. This is genuinely unrelated to how much they bicker
Carlope has a buzz cut.
Gaster wears fingerless gloves almost always, but not to sleep, and usually not to eat. When he wears safety gloves they go over top.
Asteri can speak Frogg, and is partially fluent in Dog; she doesn’t like the cold so she doesn’t visit Snowdin much, thus she doesn’t get much practice.
Alphys’ dad wasn’t a scientist of any sort, and was the stay-at-home parent while her mom worked all the time.
Sembie is a fan of instant foods, and makes mac n cheese the microwave.
Kelinn’s sense of taste is off. She thinks black coffee is salty and horseradish tastes like old tires. She also likes cheap chocolate better than fancy chocolate.
Asteri is perpetually mortified by her friends’ food preferences but has long since given up trying to change them.
Gaster likes sprinkle donuts because they’re “more efficient.” (More sugar per bite.) But also because he thinks sprinkles are delightful.
Carlope does make and sell spider pastries but mostly because they’re Muffet’s favorite and growing children need the nutrients. (Of spiders.) He doesn’t sell many of them to non-spiders.
Asteri’s mom was more aquatic-looking, while her father was more reptilian. She’s always taken more after her dad, but she also used to spend a lot of time in the water.
Kelinn has several siblings and nieces and nephews
If Gaster had time for hobbies he’d be really good at video games. (Old school Zelda, Portal, Professor Layton, classic Atari games… But I think he’d suck at Tetris.)
Alphys would play visual novels and dating sims if she had the opportunity
Alphys would also play Fire Emblem. For the supports/romance. She’d try to get Gaster to play, but he wouldn’t like the fighting or having to remember how to strategize battles… and sacrifice characters. (He might do better with the newer ones.)
Everyone would enjoy Animal Crossing (but I think Carlope would be confused.)
Asteri only has a tongue sometimes, but she can taste things just fine without one.
Kelinn’s wings aren’t functional, but they can open and close
Gaster unconsciously uses distortion magic more often around people he is close to, and/or fears being misunderstood by. When he wants to be intimidating or taken seriously, he pretty much relaxes all the magic around his jaw/teeth, which gives him a much grimmer appearance. If he’s trying to make a good impression on someone, he’ll intentionally use more distortion magic to look more expressive. (You’ll see a little of this in chapter 11)
Carlope is happily married
If everyone played DnD, Sembie would be the DM
Asteri can draw magic from her SOUL to get even bigger/more solid beyond the use of all the magic of her wings. However, this is a huge drain on her.
Alphys is a prodigy, and is easily the youngest person (in terms of relative age) in her classes.
Kelinn is the youngest of her siblings; Sembie is the middle child
Gaster gets weirdly flirtatious when he drinks
Carlope has unsuccessfully tried to sell other foods at his shop, but pastries and coffee are the biggest sellers. He’s extremely excited that people seem interested in his sandwiches.
Asteri has a better sense of smell than a human, but not as good as a dog. She can smell things even better when she has a tongue, though. (But still not quite as well as a dog.)
Sembie’s little brother used to have a crush on Asteri when they were kids
Gaster feels kind of naked if he doesn’t have one of his coats on while in public.
Kelinn has dozens of patterened leggings
Asteri’s back teeth fuse back into her head when her mouth isn’t all the way open; that’s why the line of her mouth isn’t always visible. Related, her teeth aren’t really separate or distinct from the “flesh” of the rest of her head anyway, despite the way her mouth moves. (That’s why they’re the same purple as the rest of her.)

Btw Israel let Palestinians celebrate not one (1) holiday in peace. They didn’t grant Christian Palestinians access to Jerusalem on Palm Sunday, they actively attacked families who were already starving at Iftar during Ramadan, and now there are several reports of families being killed on Eid al-Fitr—a sacred multi-day holiday practiced by lots of Arabs. It breaks my heart imagining the Palestinian families in Gaza right now, most of whom are spending Eid mourning loved ones who were taken by Israeli strikes. Most of us will never understand the sheer magnitude of that pain.
