■ “The White Oni Haunts the Shadows” – In the land of the Far East, Asura’s nickname is the “White Oni”; though he doesn’t normally flaunt his extra pair of horns in public anymore (much to the chiding of his boss, Bazutai), some are familiar with Asura’s attitude being that harsh or downright awful. If you’ve run into the demon of Kugane-Dori, you’ve had the unfortunate passings of Asura Endo. Else-wise some have heard rumors of him in battle, his cruelty, his ruthlessness and the cursed lance he carries. Very few have lived to tell the tales.
■ “Kami no Nai’s Orders Are Absolute” – Asura is incredibly faithful to his crime ring’s leaders, listening only to Osai no Terugan and Uzuka no Bazutai. If you’re part of the underground or have some form of connections to KNN, they’ve heard of or interacted directly with Asura.
WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR––––
■ Friends! Rivals! Asura doesn’t really call anyone his friend, it’s hard for him to fully understand the concept. But should he find someone interesting enough, he will usually haunt them and often.
■ Crime connections! Can’t do crime if you don’t have the capabilities, I guess. Asura doesn’t often scope out opportunities for his group as intel isn’t much of his forte, but if someone comes to him with an interesting enough offer he might bring it up to his big bro Bazutai.

I have two other semi-active characters atm (Numei/Agniprava), but have been enjoying some time on Asura and would like to establish him a bit more.
I’m okay with the idea of shipping but Asura isn’t entirely the type to really feel love for someone. And he’s a garbage can. But I don’t want just shipping.
I’m up for plotting! Even pre-established relationships are fine.
I’m CST timezone as stated in other posts. I do work a lot and don’t have a rock-solid schedule (cause walmart is awful). I’m okay with discord RP as it gives me a bit of leeway given the lack of knowing what the fuck im doing till i have a schedule in my hands.

Prompt 25: Trust
[Katsuro Wakahisa | Loyalty and Trust]
The change had gone rather smoothly so far, but the wakagashira of the Feng Huang Ying wasn’t a fool either. He knew, sooner or later, that his loyalty would be tested by his new boss, a lieutenant of the Kami no Nai. Bazutai Uzuka seemed to be a man Katsuro would eventually get along with, though the limited interactions he had with the Raen were yet not enough to gauge the other’s personality in its entirety. What he knew for certain, however, was that Bazutai was one who appreciated loyalty and respect of the hierarchy. Two traits already part of Katsuro’s character.
As much as Katsuro was long to trust, his new boss was probability of the same disposition. Quite common among those walking their path. The shinobi would thus thread carefully and do everything he could to prove himself as reliable and trustworthy, if not for his own sake but also for his actual master, Hagane-dono.
His first real assignment had merely required his presence at a business meeting between Batuzai - in lieu of Terugan Osai, leader of the Kami no Nai - and Numei, a Xaela smith, who was to pledge her services to the syndicate alone. Katsuro couldn’t care less what her skills were, he would have spilled her blood here and now, on the crimson carpet of the Camellia, had Bazutai simply asked. And it wasn’t merely a matter of loyalty, for the woman had been out of line and extremely cocky for the duration of the meeting. But the shinobi had kept his silence and his thoughts well hidden behind his impassive mask. He knew his place, unlike others. And every opportunity was good to build that trust that would allow him more freedom amongst the godless.

⊗ : What is something that causes them to question themself?
If anything at all, Bazutai might ponder from time to time whether or not the madness is worth it at all. Though his boss is a venerable leader and might very well achieve his goal by sowing the seeds of chaos within the political realm, Terugan’s lieutenant rarely considers if there’s any real purpose in their war on Hingan society. Spite can control a man for many years, but doubt can crumble both spite and man alike. All men live and die but Bazutai prefers a ruinous life to none at all. Despite such an idea entering his thoughts on the infrequent evening to himself, the violent gang lieutenant never considers it for very long. He’d never say it aloud, but he's aware that this lifestyle of his is the only thing that fuels him. It’s his only thrill and Kami no nai is all that matters.

As of now, there may not be an accessible state of mind that would cause Bazutai to endure such an incident. In fact, the person Bazutai has become is the result of something akin to a mental breakdown, one that occurred slowly as he uncovered what he believes to be the truth of the samurai way of life. The simple, yet influenced thought that corruption stemmed far and wide within samurai nobility thrust Bazutai down a path of chaos and destruction. He became the very thing he despised to spite those who do the same behind closed doors. Because of this, he has been desensitized to a point of no return. The man that once embraced the natural emotions of all aspects of life now carries himself with a stoic demeanor but seethes behind a bored or even blank expression. Bazutai would have to suffer greater extremes to be brought to such a state and while it isn’t likely, it isn’t impossible.
