For those nights you can’t sleep well. ❤️
✨: Drink some warm milk or tea.
✨: Meditate.
✨: Listen to music without lyrics.
✨: Keep your bedroom cool.
✨: Avoid any bright lights.
✨: Write down any thoughts running through your head.
✨: Hop into the shower and relax underneath the warm water.
✨: Do breathing exercises.
✨: Make sure you’re doing some type of exercises during the daytime.
✨: Don’t take naps.
✨: Count down from 100.
✨: Read a book but avoid exciting stories.
✨: Spray lavender around your room and put a little on your pillow.
✨: Wear loose fitting pajamas that are comfy.
✨: Stick to a regular sleeping schedule including even on the weekends.
