Castle Estate Mini Add-On

I needed a few little things to add up to my castle building experience, so here we are:

A one tile castle wall. Somehow the original gets very stretched out on round rooms, and since it's a multi panel wall it's not always seamless. So, 18 swatches, I tried to match the gradient walls as much as possible and the "fairytale" swatch was a pain in the *ss, I did my best.

Two platforms, one trimmed and one plain, basically to be able to make towers a bit higher, but possibilities are endless. 13 swatches (all the originals minus the gradients).

Two exterior trims, the one in the kit is lovely, but I wanted something more plain for more variety, also 13 swatches.

Aaand a half-wall trim, sorry I had to make 13 separate trims instead of swatches, but that's how half-wall trims are (and man they're weirdly mapped!).

(Actually I’m thinking there’s maybe a way to put all the half-wall trims in one file, hmm, I’ll try and if yes will update)

All base game compatible.

Valentim Bathroom Set

It's been about a year since my last bathroom set, and this is one that I've wanted to make for a long time. I hope you enjoy it!

What we have:

17 new items;

all base-game compatible, except the backlit mirror, which requires Spa Day;

all functional;

I've kept the polycount as low as I could, but these items are still high poly;

I decided to focus on sinks, tubs, and mirrors because there are only so many different toilets you need to decorate a bathroom! 😂 If you haven't already, grab the files from my Lyon Bathroom Set for a great toilet and some nice decor.

Various Ceilings new Mesh NOW AVAILABLE in my clutter CC file below. sometimes plain white ceilings can become very boring. I have therefore started working on vaulted ceilings with many various swatches to give character to your rooms.

The ceilings will fit a room size of 8x10, 8x12 & 8x8. They are vaulted ceilings so it will be best to remove the ceiling above the room you are placing them to avoid clipping against the original in game ceiling.

Another look at the CC visual effects in the game. Lighting, colours and texture are working well. A reminder for anybody who is interested, all of my CC is now available for download in a temporary clutter file. Feel free to download whatever you want in the file. Any problems or questions just ask.

All CC is in the file below. This is just a brief taster of what is in the file. There are many many more swatches and various CC. No original mesh required as the meshes in the folder are resized and reshaped.

Once again I apologise about the folder being unorganised. I will sort it out properly when I have time.

I have almost finished a larger version of the castle. People have been asking me to share but it is taking forever because of it’s size and detail.

It is available to download in the gallery now if anyone wishes to download it in it’s current state. When completed I will share it with all of the CC needed to download it.

NOTE: I’ve been told there is a small issue. You may have to remove the ceiling and floor above for the ceiling to be visible. The mesh seems to disappear into the original game ceiling. We are currently trying to resolve this issue.

Vanderblit Mansion

Hello Simmers

This build is a replica of a Gilded Age mansion in Hyde park belonged to Frederick William Vanderbilt.

I’ve already worked and leased some versions of the build, how ever those were in a way unplayable. Finally I’ve managed to have the exterior semi rotunda be round. Now it has much more architectural features presented and more refined.

Some of the paid objects are removed from the lot. You won’t get them neither the link. which are the vanity mirror and table decors.

Hey all you beautiful people!❤️

I just wanted to make a quick little post here to update you all regarding the last post I made about the immensely detailed and golden build.

I know I posted a few pictures about the last build I was working on and I was planning on uploading it. I've received a few messages asking me about it, and I just wanted to give you a quick update.

I do still plan on uploading it as soon as I possibly can. I haven't really had much time lately between having Rona and studying for university, writing exams, and working from 6am to 6pm every day for 6 days a week.

I PROMISE you I WILL upload it as soon as I have some time to myself again.

Also, thank you to each and every single one of you who reached out to check on me!

I was both surprised and touched by the fact that some of you were that worried about me!🥺

So, again, thank you!❤️

But that concludes the update post haha.. Guess I better get back to work🥲

Yes, if I'm not mistaken it's called Jefferson Manor.

However, I just want to put out a warning as well; I don't know 100% of the doors and windows are atill functional since I'm not really sure of I released it before or after the Star Wars Journey to Batuu pack, which broke almost all cc doors and windows.

But you are more than welcome to download it and try it out!

This is absolutely beautiful though.. One can never have enough gothic inspired build & buy items😌👏

Gothic Build Pack

I’ve been playing with Supernatural pack for a while, and I don’t really like the whole fairy-tale vibe that EA gave us.

So I decided to make this Hogwarts inspired, gothic build pack. This took quite a while since build items are extra complicated.

Pack includes arches and doors in two different sizes. Four kind of windows from which two of them combine in one extra tall. Windows may be placed directly to each other, so you’re not limited to narrow openings.

There is one wall texture as well, with corresponding normal map which allows immersive light reaction.

Each of these items come in 4 different colours.

So basically all the essentials for creating your own castle, mansion or whatever you like! Maybe some haunted ones if you have the new pack as well. There’s so much ideas!
