I'm gonna rant explain below (TLDR in tags btw)

Okay my original post was from the newest episode of the Animator vs Animation series on Alan Becker's youtube channel!

Theres mainly two series you should watch altogether to understand the characters properly! Animator vs Animation (AvA) and Animation vs Minecraft (AvM)

If you want to start watching, I recommend watching the first four episodes of AvA (these ones right here)

After that, I STRONGLY recommend watching AvM! It's not entirely necessary actually it kinda is, but you can understand the 5 main characters' personalities and character traits so much more better! (Also. The story progression in AvM is just SO AMAZING YOU NEED TO WATCH IT PLS PLS PLS-)

First episode of AvM (this one isnt included in the AvM shorts but its the first proper episode you should watch):

AvM starts off like an omnibus series, but you HAVE to keep watching. Trust me.

AFTER you finish watching AvM (or at least til episode 30 cuz thats when season 3 ends), you can continue watching the AvA series starting from the fifth video! But if you want more stuff related to the AvA/M series, you can watch the An Actual Short series, or scroll down Alans channel to find some one-off animations, or watch the lets play channel Animators vs Games (AvG)!

Animators vs Games is a youtube channel where Alan (the creator of AvA/M and his friend DJ play games together and also react to Alan's animations! They are a very fun lets play channel to watch in my opinion, so I recommend watching their channel regardless!

This was just my very long order recommendation of watching the videos, but there are also playlists on youtube like this one that have the videos in order of being released!

Alan: imprisoned Chosen and forced him to destroy pop-ups, also tried to kill/erase every hollowhead HE created at some point in history

TSC: read above (also it wasnt just strangers. It was alan's friends. Bro really wanted to ruin his life-)

TDL: wanted to destroy of the internet (yeah. the entire internet) via viruses, also killed four kids in front of their friend

TCO: destroyed Alan's computer, helped TDL destroy SOME bits of the internet, also is on the run from the CIA for some reason <- the most tame out of everyone on this list

Victim: look at what he's doing in AvA rn.
