I'd like to take this time to appreciate the Shape of Echeveria Black Raccoon. It's just so shaped. I love it

UPDATE: after searching all night on pictures of the leaves I may be overreacting to how it normally looks which just looks bad because I should have noticed since I've had it for 3 months but Eh
I was already having a shitty day and then I went to admire my beloved favorite Big Q and i saw rotting. Took the plant out of the pot and half of the roots fell off 🫠

There I was, so happy to finally get an Echeveria Black ebony. It was beautiful. All I did was place it in dry dirt without inspecting the roots. A massive failure

BANISHED BITCHES
Up first we have these assholes. It took a week of acclimating and 3 days of direct sunlight once placed in the dirt to become fried. Neither of them look like they used to
Then my Gilo x Sarahime which did fine for 5 days of sun after acclimation. And this is what I got in return. Orange. It's supposed to be Dark Red. Pink even.
This ass has never been watered. And it's leaves are turning translucent. What the fuck is the deal?
Derenbergii gets the least banished for only being a little burnt. I moved it where the tree will block the sun in 2 hours so hopefully it'll be fine.
