I just NEED to know, why do cuphead and mugman have debters of their own?, if they hated being under the contracts themselves?. Lowkey a little hypocritical.
Because they're gods. It ran in their family.
Cuphead doesn't hurt his debtors unless they make him extremely mad. Overall, no harm is done. Cuphead owns most of them, he doesn't plan on hurting any of them. Like Oswald, he sold his soul to Cuphead to create the GENT Corporation. He also allows people to ask for changes to the contract. He can't get rid of them though.
Mugman isn't so nice. It's not his fault, it's mainly his crystal that causes the violence, it's also to keep them on their feet because he's their trainer (he owns Felix, Alex, Boris, and Holly).
Cuphead and Mugman want to be better than the Devil. The Devil cheats. They don't. They want to be the ones people go to instead of the Devil. They try to help. Mugman is for magic and fight training, Cuphead is for everything else. They don't claim the souls after they die, they choose where they go. Hell or Heaven depending on personality, not contract.
Also Mugman's a good teacher thanks to his talent.

Felix The Cat had been working for Mr. Cuphead for 3 years. Mr. Cuphead ran out of jobs for Felix to do. So, he sent a letter to a place he was partnered up with, the GENT Corporation. Where they experiment with the Ink Machine. They're the keepers of it since it had been fixed. The owners of the corporation being Allen Grey and his partner Oswald Rabbit, Felix's husband. Felix was accepted. The place allowed any kind of experiments, even ones that kill the subjects. The Ink Machine is a cure for ink illness. But it holds so much more than that.
In this time, he'd been working there for 4 years.

How Can --- Separate Tests -- -- Different?
Quite the interesting thing today. I compared the results from a few tests. Alyssa Johnston was the first, Jamie Wilton the second. They both had the same test, for the same amount of time. No variables were changed but the results were different.
Alyssa was a breathing corpse. There was no pulse, but the lungs kept working properly. Once she was put down, an autopsy was performed. Somehow, all of the other vital organs weren't damaged. Her body was apparently preserved in the ink.
Now for Jamie, they didn't have any effects from the ink. They came out in perfect condition and after testing everything, including the blood, they were placed back in their cell on the - ----- because there was nothing out for the ordinary.
So maybe keep testing this with other people? I'd love to see the results of each one. We'll try -- more. That is if Allen or Oswald will approve of the tests.
