hi i absolutely love your art!! especially the colours. im curious, do you pick them by hand or do you use gradient maps and/or filters over base colours

Sometimes I leave drawing as it is but often I just turn up the saturation and make the drawing darker bc for some reason I myself pick very gray colors (in sai, my main programm) In procreate tho I use umm that slides that make some tones pop up and that helps alot Here is exaple how my og colors looks like for funnies

I absolutely LOVE how flowing and organic you manage to make V1 look!! Bringing in bug elements is so smart and looks so sick. In some fields of robotics insects are actually used as the inspiration behind certain mechanisms and designs, so the way you draw V1 is really fun to observe from a robotics standpoint too :))

Thank you! I like drawing flowing creatures when I can. But tbh I never directly think abt bugs while drawing v1 it just happen to look like that and I got confused many many times when people in tags said "bug" couse I dont see it at all but its ok bugs are cool
