I would never shame anybody for eating junk food, but if you're a friend of Anna's and your diet consists mostly of junk food (like mine used to) and you're having trouble with constipation, adding more fruit and vegetables to your diet helps SO much.

Fiber is important!!! Even if it's just a half cup of blueberries with breakfast and half an apple with dinner, it makes a world of difference.

My LF vinyl came today!

Looks absolutely beautiful, I fucking love this soundtrack so no regrets buying it, but my favorite part is the booklet which had THIS IMAGE IN IT!!
