Cyberpunk 2077 illusions...
It’s been years (literally) since I’ve posted anything here, so this post is dedicated to my return. I’m back to break down games, and the industry even further.
There are several games garnering attention these days, prior to releasing in the future. CD Projekt Red’s Cyberpunk 2077 is one such game, however it is cursed by gaming perspective. A problem which CD Projekt Red seemingly ignores, despite backlash for the very issue. Now...if you look at the majority of screenshots used by CD Projekt Red for promoting Cyberpunk 2077, you’ll note that they’re shown from a third-person perspective.
If a gamer just saw these screenshots alone, the logical conclusion would be that the game is third-person. Thus, this is the illusion that CD Projekt Red is using in it’s promoting of the game. The realization however, is that this game is first-person. One would assume, if a game developer was confident in their product they would promote it as is. Therefore, every screenshot shown for Cyberpunk 2077 should be in first-person.

Final Fantasy XV is a Hack N'Slash...
Square Enix made the statement that FF XV would be for both Traditional JRPG fans, and Real-Time JRPG fans. However, that is not the case at all...after seeing the recent “Master” gameplay demonstration. It's evident that the game is neither a Traditional or Real-Time JRPG. That being said...what is FF XV, mechanics wise? Find out here...
