Caldre fanfiction is either one of two things:
A.) The most beautiful and In-depth character study ever. Where Cal has body issues and Andre doesn't feel good enough. Andre hates everything but loves Cal despite all else. Cal can only ever truly be himself around Andre and they fall in love because they only have each other in this awful fucking world. Zero Day is a way to properly finish their lives. They sleep together even if they're inexperienced, finally find happiness and Zero Day is like their final vow. They die happy with each other. It's all over.

okay so basically, follow the working around in the direction of the red arrow.
the first step is to calculate the number of mols of the substance with the known mass. We know that:
moles = mass of substance / mr of substance
so moles of ammonium chloride = 1.5g / 53.5 = 0.028 mols
the next step is to figure out the mol ratio between the known substance and the substance we are trying to calculate the mass of. This will always be the same as the ratio of the number of molecules in the equation.
So, because 2NH_4Cl makes 2NH_3, the ratio between their moles is 2:2, there is an equal amount of moles of each substance
thus, there is also 0.028 mols of ammonium
the final step is to use the mr of our target substance to do our mols = mass/mr equation backwards.
ammonium had an mr of 17 so our equation is
0.028 = mass / 17, so mass = 0.4866
therefore, we know that 1.5g of ammonium chloride produces 0.48g of ammonium.
(if this wasn’t what you meant by stoichiometry sorry it’s kinda late at night for me and I’m not great at chemistry. Also I might have made some math errors but I’m pretty sure that the method is correct!)
