Divination is about precisely foretelling one’s written destiny. Over-embellishing that fate only leads to misconception.

Some language learning exercises and tips
These are some of the activities I do. Maybe you'll find them helpful:
Write a mock dating profile for yourself. Describe yourself, list your hobbies and interests, hopes for the future, likes and dislikes, and the qualities you're looking for in a partner. Enjoyed it? Write one for your favourite character/OC.
Try to find a Youtuber who plays your favourite game and does commentary in your target language. I watch this guy a lot.
Describe locations in your favourite books, games, movies, TV shows etc. I like to wander the Hitman maps and write about the different areas, NPCs, and situations I observe.
Write a mock interview with your character/influential figure of choice.
Choose a fairy tale and write your interpretation of it in your target language.
When you're cooking, say what you're doing out loud as if you were talking to a studio audience.
Imagine your mutuals are coming to your city for a visit. Write up a lil guidebook for them describing places of interest. Write an itinerary to practice using the future tense and "first", "then", "after that", etc statements.
A chalk marker might be useful to you. I write important words and phrases that I'm having trouble remembering on my bathroom mirror. I just wipe them away with a damp cloth later.
Review books, albums, movies etc in your target language. Either write down your review or record yourself talking about it.

yes spanish is an incredibly practical language to learn given the sheer volume of native speakers but also please consider that the swear words and the pet names are fucking superb. carajo is so satisfying to say. don’t even get me started on la puta madre. and the pet names?? holy shit you guys. mi cielo (sky, or heaven). mi corazoncito (little heart). cariño (darling). dulzura (sweet thing). mi sol (sun, sunshine). mijo/mija (a contraction of mi hijo/hija, which means my son/daughter). absolutely top-tier!!!

If you want to gain confidence speaking, mimic. Sing along to songs, and say lines from shows in your target language.
And do it with enthusiasm! Try different voices, put emotion into it! Act it out!
Speak to yourself in the language. Treat it like your native one. Make up dumb little songs that you mutter under your breath while doing something. Swear in the language!
Learn some phrases you use a lot. “Estoy Cansada” (I’m tired) and “Quiero comer algo” (I want to eat something) are good ones to start with. By trying to speak your target language you also get an idea of what grammar and vocab you are missing.

study moods
sleepy dawn
open windows
listening to lo-fi
wearing pyjamas
planning your day, creating to-do lists
the sky is pretty
spring breeze
coming back after a walk
drinking a glass of water
getting a head-start on the assignment
the great feeling of productivity, ah
cozy evening
sitting on your bed
rewarding yourself afterwards with a bath or chocolate
highlighting with your favourite markers
warm tea or cocoa next to you
night vision
it’s way too late, but you gotta finish that essay
rock music all the way
everything is a mess
you’re gonna be okay though
cinnamon afternoon

15 things I tell myself when I don't want to work/study
1. You are very lucky and privileged to have access to almost unlimited knowledge and you should appreciate that. 2. Be one of those rare people who step over their insecurities and succeed. 3. Only 5 minutes. Only today. (Repeat it 5 minutes later and every day). 4. You will know what to do as soon as you start. Ideas never appear from inactivity. 5. Make yourself proud. 6. One hour every day doesn’t feel much but it’s 365 hours a year. You can’t not succeed after so much work. 7. It’s not supposed to be easy. Nothing good is easy. 8. If you had a child to look after, you’d make them study because you want them to accomplish something. Don’t you love yourself? 9. “Everything you want is on the other side of fear” George Adair 10. Every mistake increases our chance to make progress. 11. If you give up now, you’ll have to return to this later anyway but from the very beginning. 12. Let the process be your result. 13. Every moment you thought your fears would suppress you has become the time you made it. 14. Maybe you think you can never find something to use your skills and mindset for. But if you continue investing in what matters to you, it will find its way out there. 15. I allow you to think globally. You have a right to the boldest dream.

How do you stay motivated?
Motivation is a fickle bitch. Don’t expect motivation. You don’t stay motivated; you work through the periods of exhaustion and disinterest with relentless discipline and enjoy the moments of motivation when they come, ride the wave, and then struggle through the depths again.
(Habit, not motivation, should be your best friend. Routine, persistence, patience.)

In terms of like, Please For The Love Of God Get Hobbies That Aren't Scrolling Through An App For Six Hours A Day, I understand and experience completely the argument of like. with the stressors of modern work, you don't have the energy at the end of the day to do anything but mindlessly watch Netflix and scroll through your phone. but like I would like to gently encourage you to simply force yourself for a time to do something instead of pick up your phone, bc the phone is literally designed to light up your brain with no effort from you whatsoever and it does in fact rot your brain. It makes literally anything but scrolling on your phone seem difficult and joyless. But if you stop scrolling on your phone all the time, and start like, reading or embroidering or gardening or going for walks, you will eventually find the joy in them once more
I understand and it is true that it is hard to have a life outside work and scrolling but there is not a near future where that won't be the case and you should still live a life. And you won't create a future where that isn't the case if you don't have the confidence and experience and drive to fight for it
