So a free tool called GLAZE has been developed that allows artists to cloak their artwork so it can't be mimicked by AI art tools.
AI art bros are big mad about it.

Son of the Moon (English Translation)
Don't misunderstand me, and wait until the ending of a gypsy legend telling of a woman who prayed to the moon until dawn. Crying she was asking, pleading until sunrise, if she could marry today.
"You will have your husband, darker skin but you will have to promise," said the moon that, "the first son you give him, will be mine at want and thats the price you shall pay. If you sacrifice him, not to be alone then you would barely love him."
Moon, you want to be mother. When you can't find a love so what shall you do? Tell me silvery moon, what will you do with a small mortal child? Hijo de la Luna.
So a boy was born from, the dark father, but his skin was pale as snow in winter. His eyes weren't olive as they had expected, he was son of the moon. "This is a betrayal, he isn't my son, and you, you've dishonered my name."
The gypsy father, thought himself dishonered, Went to his wife, knife in hand. "This isn't my son and you have betrayed me!" Then he stabbed her to death. Grabbing the pale child, he went into the mountain and abandoned him there.
If the moon becomes full son is sleeping, but if she is half then he'll be weeping. So she'll be his cradle, lower than diminish, and embrace him again. So she'll be his cradle, lower than diminish, and embrace him again.

when a pelican bites you there's no malice in their eyes. they aren't upset at you. they are just hungry and want to see if you fit in their mouths. and if you don't then it's no problem and everything is fine. and if you do then well i guess your fate is sealed but that's ok it's a beautiful animal

You beautiful human being thank you so much
In the spirit of encouraging people to comment on fanfics while also making it easier to do so, I feel obliged to share a browser extension for ao3 that has quite literally revolutionized the comment game for me.
I present to you: the floating ao3 comment box!
From what I've seen, a big problem for many people is that once you reach the comments at the bottom of a fic, your memory of it miraculously disappears. Anything you wanted to say is stuck ten paragraphs ago, and you barely remember what you thought while reading. This fixes that!
I'll give a little explanation on the features and how it works, but if you want to skip all that, here's the link.
The extension is visible as a small blue box in the upper left corner.
(Side note: The green colouring is not from the extension, that's me.)
Tumblr media
If you click on it, you open a comment box window at the bottom of your screen but not at the bottom of the fic. I opened my own fic for demonstrative purposes.
Tumblr media
The website also gives explanations on how exactly it functions, but I'll summarize regardless.
insert selection -> if you highlight a sentence in the fic it will be added in italics to the comment box
add to comment box -> once you're done writing your comment, you click this button and the entire thing will automatically copied to the ao3 comment box
delete -> self explanatory
on mulitchapter fics, you will be given the option to either add the comment to just the current chapter or the entire fic
The best part? You can simply close the window the same way you opened it and your progress will automatically be saved. So you can open it, comment on a paragraph, and then close it and keep reading without having the box in your face.
Comments are what keep writers going, and as both a writer and a reader, I think it's such an easy way of showing support and enthusiasm.

Paimon is the light of my life. I try my best to be kind to her because she’s honestly the best guide (and, yknow, actually helping us find our sibling…) I don’t care what her potential links to Celestia are she’s the Best.
Tumblr media
I can't really understand how you can possibly hate Paimon... ofc she can be annoying sometimes but she's still an amazing companion and friend
I absolutely love her dynamic with the travelers, she's like their adorable little sister :(

“HOW TO LOVE A GOD: i. be prepared to burn. there is no way this will not spell tragedy, and you know this singsong melody of warning bells: your father’s gentle words, the restless-reckless humming beneath your skin. if you want to love a god, learn to ignore it. ii. throw yourself off cliffs to teach yourself how to fly. throw yourself off cliffs to teach yourself how to fall. iii. hollow out your body, divest yourself of these useless mortal organs. fill yourself with longing instead. iv. know that there are only a handful of gods but a world of mortals. you will not be the first glint of metal to catch the light of the sun, and no matter what you weave into your heart at night, you will not be the last. v. never forget that you will burn.”

She had walked the lands since the beginning of its existence--and before that, she had danced in the stars, kissed suns, and swallowed galaxies whole. She is everything, she is nothing--she is in head-over-heels love.
Is this what mothers feel, she wonders? The inescapable urge to shelter and protect; the burning rage fuelled by the power of a thousand suns and the power to use it to hurt anything that hurts hers.
The child will grow, she knows. He will one day be able to fight for himself, though he will always be welcome in her embrace. One day, his face will be carved with wrinkles and scarred by the sun, and he will take his final breath. Such is the fate of a mortal. Such is the curse of hers.
This is... fear. She is afraid to lose him, her own son--her sun. He laughs freely now and plays with all of his friends, so beautifully human that it hurts. His life is bright and fleeting and hers is not. He is her everything, her child, her family. And she will lose him.
She had never felt fear until now, but in the face of her love, she finds it is worthwhile.
Thinking about the "they are a part of your life but for them you're their whole life" phrase but applied to immortal beings getting attached to mortal ones *shaking at high speeds*
