Idk if that's the right way to ask that question, but I was born on October 22 so I have had some people say I'm a libra scorpio cusp... Also, libra sun libra rising and scorpio moon culture??

Hi babes! I don’t believe in cusps personally. Astrology & birth charts are based upon where the sun and other planets are located at the time of your birth - hence why timing is so so important in astrology for accuracy! So essentially cusps don’t exist because the Sun can not be in the degree sign of Libra and Scorpio at the same time. It either falls into the degree of Libra or the degree of Scorpio. “Cusp dates” are referencing possible dates in which there’s a shift from one sign to another and therefore is just placing importance on accurate time info to tell which sign you fall into - it is not actually saying you’re two signs. I hope that makes sense! ✨
