AGENT COULSON: A slightly odd thing to ask. I will admit, I like missions where May has to dress up a little. I know she can’t stand it but she pulls it off so well.
AGENT MAY: … He looks good in a suit.

AGENT COULSON: Of course I love Agent May, she's my best friend.
I think we've got a bit too much to do, you know, rebuilding SHIELD to even consider dating. We work best as a team, wouldn't want to undo our decades of getting this far.

AGENT COULSON: Interesting family name, agent. As for Skye, she's a valued member of the team, though I think she needs to re-evaluate some of her opinions of other active team members.
AGENT MAY: She’s a strong girl, learned a lot.

AGENT COULSON: Doing paper work is my hobby, or so I've been told. Not a lot of free time before we were rebuilding S.H.I.E.L.D., have even less now.
Also I've been told before I'm not allowed within 15 yards of any gardens.
AGENT MAY: We’re just doing our jobs..but thank you. We joined S.H.I.E.L.D for the same cause. In my opinion, it’s not hard to decide whether or not to do the job of an agent, and ‘keep humanity safe’.
Tai Chi, sparring, reading, drinking. There isn’t exactly a lot of free time to use for leisure right now. -- No, he’s not allowed anywhere near gardens.

AGENT MAY: Yes I do. It took time for him to see past my deception, and that what I did, I did for him and not Fury. I'm a good solider agent, I follow orders, but that doesn't mean that's the only thing that motivates my decisions. -- I know he understands that now.

AGENT COULSON: Even doubting her at that moment, I knew if she were going to pull the trigger, she would have. I knew she'd drop it, so that isn't an issue.

AGENT COULSON: Didn't know they made a rating scale for that. May and I have been friends and colleagues for a long time, she's followed me to my grave, I'd rather take a bullet to keep her from her own.
Make of that what you will..
AGENT MAY: I've known Coulson a long time. Not to get nostalgic, it is what it is. I followed him to his grave once, I'd do it again.
I care about him. A lot. He's my priority.

AGENT COULSON: Would have expected better from you, Captain Rogers. *goes to Lola and wipes the spot with a handkerchief*

AGENT MAY: The fact that you claim to know what Coulson's feelings are toward me or anyone else, is way out of line. No, I do not feel like he is "teasing" me. Whatever he feels for anyone else, is his business only -- unless it compromises him professionally.
