RAIN DINNERS GALA: RULES
WHAT IS THIS EVENT?
This event is for One Piece ask blogs. It’s a chance for the community as a whole to come together and for all our muses to have some crazy fun. I hosted a similar event back in 2015. It will take place from Monday May 7th - Sunday May 13th.
Background: In a stroke of surprising generosity, Sir Crocodile is holding an open invitation gala on board his newest vessel, a luxury cruise ship featuring a dazzling new casino! Welcome to the grand unveiling of the Rain Dinners Mk. III.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The event will take place on two platforms: stinto chatrooms, and tumblr.
When the event starts, I’ll post links to two chatrooms: one for the mods to organize interactions between our muses on tumblr, and an in-character rp chatroom for casual text rp. Please keep the chatroom content PG-13. Basically, nothing more explicit than what’s in the One Piece manga. This event is for the whole ask community, and we don’t want to make anyone uncomfortable!
Drawn RP will be posted to tumblr. Tag the person you’re responding to or interacting with, and also remember to tag this blog! My team of moderators and I will reblog all event posts onto this blog.
An example of how the event will go:
Log into the chatroom. For clarity, I recommend using your blog’s url as your handle.
Want to draw an interaction between your character and someone else’s? Talk to that person and plan out your post. Do you see other people planning something and want your character to jump in? No problem, as long as everyone’s communicating.
Post your work to tumblr! Tag all the blogs you’re interacting with, and be sure to tag this blog @rain-dinners-gala too! We’ll be reblogging all the event posts so everything is easier to follow. If you like, you can use the # “rain dinners gala” tag as well.
NOTE: The event is set on a luxury cruise ship. Please don’t burn down the ship. For some reason, people keep wanting to do this. Please don’t!! Everyone will drown and the event will be over!! :(
