I have been talking with Liam in private. I helped him make an apology where it addresses all that he did and acknowledges the other person’s feelings, I only asked him to take a month to stop asking others for help so the other person doesn’t have to see him constantly in her dash or notes. I did this because I learned that this whole asking-to-be-unblocked deal has been going on for 3 months.
Liam is also an adult, and has been asking minors (who have ”minor” in their bios) for help, and is very impatient so if you don’t respond within 30 minutes he begins to spam for your attention. This has resulted in some feeling as if they are being harassed and other losing sleep to help a grown adult be unblocked by a roleplay blog.
I am trying to be respectful and have helped as much as I can, but we made an agreement that if he asked anybody for help within a month that I would no longer help him, and he has done this twice.
For full context: Liam was banned after spamming the other blog multiple times. He believed he was being ignored and wanted to roleplay, however he did not ask if anything was wrong, he did not wait at least a week for a response, and he broke the ”No Spam” rule in the pinned post of the blog, so he was blocked.
After this, he threatened to steal the other blog’s OCs.
Since this has happened, it has been 3 months and he has constantly been asking others to tag the blog, request for forgiveness, and to be unblocked. The other blog has stated that she felt she was being harassed and/or stalked by Liam, so she is aware of his actions and uncomfortable. This is why I asked him to be silent for at least a month, and in return I would try to give the apology we worked on to the other blog.
He has broken this agreement at least once, and so I am posting this to let you all know the situation before blindly tagging and requesting help for him.

The sound of someone clearing their throat could be heard. Behind you stood a young lady, dressed in a pressed and ordered military uniform. She back straightened where she stood, her left arm pressed against the small of her back and her right over her chest with her fist pressed against where her heart rested. Her stance radiated such stifling grace that, for a moment, it looked as if she was hardly breathing. And the pink in her cheeks didn’t make that assumption all the better.

A camera revealed a petite women with a small bow on her head, talking with someone. She had short white hair and sunglasses covering her eyes. The female faced the camera with a smile on her face before bowing in respect before introducing herself. “um… Hello. My name is Shinobu Enmu Kuro! The Ultimate….” Shinobu muttered to ultimate/talent. “M-my ultimate doesn’t matter…” She smirked a bit.
She moved a side to show a taller male with black hair and bright red eyes. He waved a bit, looking bored. “I’m Sasuke Enmu Kuro. You can call me Sasuke or Enmu. I don’t care… My ultimate is something that you don’t need to know.”
“May we get a promo.” Sasuke raised his hand to shoulder with Shinobu hiding behind him nervously.

The camera takes a moment to turn on, and the image is a little fuzzy. However, you can hear some voices speaking around. Namely, two female voices, before the image of the camera clears up and the two young women possessing the voices become visible.
"Ah! Nightingale, I believe I have gotten it to work! Huzzah!"
The first girl, a blonde, seems very proud of herself, clearly being the one who got the camera to be operational. Judging by her clothing and stature, it's highly unlikely she did it herself, though.
"Wonderful, Sunshine! I'm so proud of you! I knew you could do it!"
The two voices pause, and begin to giggle as the blue-haired girl comes over and kisses the blonde on the cheek, causing the blonde to giggle further.
"You want to introduce yourself first, or should I?"
"I will. Ahem. My name is Sonia Nevermind, known as the Ultimate Princess. I am, of course, no less than the Princess Of Novoselic, though please, treat me as no more than just a regular high school girl. Due to my upbringing, I suppose I can be bossy at times, but all with good intentions."
The blue-haired girl nods, and claps her hands softly before smiling at the screen.
"And I'm Sayaka Maizono, the Ultimate Pop Sensation. Sonia's my girlfriend, so nobody better try to hit on her, okay? I may look defenseless, but I assure you, I'm very well-endowed."
"Now that our introductory post has officially come to a close, do you all think we could have a promo? We understand if not, of course. It really is not an issue."

The screen in front of you is mostly blank, with the exception of a loading bar, slowly creeping towards its end. There’s no video from the other end of your connection yet, but there is muffled audio, resembling a young girl’s voice. “Nyehh… come on, why won’t this work? Maybe technology like this is built with protection spells… that’s why my magic isn’t working…”
Within a few seconds, the screen flicked on, showing a rather short girl on the other end, tugging on her skirt with a frustrated expression. After a moment, she glanced back over to the camera, her face lighting up once she realized that it was working.
“Ha-haha! I spoke too soon, my magic did work!” she exclaimed triumphantly, a wide grin across her face. The tiny redhead positioned herself in the frame, adjusting the collar on her shirt a bit in order to prepare for her introduction.
“I’ll, um… I admit, I don’t know exactly who’s listening right now. I’d cast an identification spell, but I used up all my mana on starting this whole broadcast in the first place,” she huffed. “But, um… let me know if you’re here!”
“Anyways, I’m Himiko Yumeno!” she announced proudly, seeming to brighten up a bit at the chance to introduce herself. “I’m the Ultimate Mage, so remember that well! I’m here to spread my magic throughout the whole world!”
She hesitated for a moment, her disposition falling a bit again. “But, um… the biggest reason I’m here is to try and find my classmates again,” she mumbled. “The people at the killing game didn’t let us see each other again after we woke up from the simulation, and… there are a couple people that I really want to see again,” she mumbled, seeming a little embarrassed about that. Realizing that she’d brought the mood down a bit, she tried to bring it back up again. “So spread the word about this, okay? And if you’re rude about any of this, I’ll use the little bit of mana I have left to hex your mouth shut,” she muttered, crossing her arms.
