Before Xanthus can walk that far away, Roxanne is gone, whisked away by a group of people. However, as Xanthus walks by a table of candles, each one lights up as she walks by.
Roxanne: Miss Xanthus? I don't mean to bother you, but I wanted to tell you that you look absolutely beautiful tonight! *Smiles*
Xanthus quickly looks up as she is spoken to. She is surprised, as she wasn’t expecting anyone to approach her, or to refer to her by name, or to receive a compliment. The compliment was the most surprising part of this. She was quiet for a moment, not really sure how to react, but she manages a slight smile. “Uh…thanks…” She fell silent for another moment as she thought over what else she should say. “…You look pretty nice to?”

"You look beautiful tonight." She leans back only to produce a rose from behind her back. "Don't let anyone make you think otherwise darling," she coos as she offers it to Roxanne.
Roxanne takes the rose, holding it for a few moments before breaking off the stem and placing the flower behind the twin’s ear. She laughs at smiles at the masked twin, taking her hand and holding it tightly.
"Thank you, Gula. You look beautiful as well, although I wish you would have brought a change of clothing if someone wins your game later!"

"You look beautiful tonight." She leans back only to produce a rose from behind her back. "Don't let anyone make you think otherwise darling," she coos as she offers it to Roxanne.
