Just a reminder that just because your parents are mentally ill does not mean they can emotionally or physically abuse you. You shouldn’t have to put up with that. You are their child, not their coping mechanism, and you don’t deserve to be treated that way.

Here’s a shoutout to all the people who’s parents don’t seem abusive but are. The parents who seem like perfect parents, and don’t abuse in a normal way. They parents who make you shake around them, and you constantly hide from. Who have never hit or slapped you, but still make you scared of them. Who you are SCARED is going to hurt you. A shout out to the kids who have parents who seem nice, and have nothing to work on proof wise… but still make you hurt like hell.
