Yeah, this fits pretty well.
I think Mike would be the type of person to fight dirty. He takes the first swing while you’re still talking. He bites. He purposely keeps his nails long for optimal scratching. He’ll light your house on fire. Anything is fair game in his eyes. Because the world has never been fair to him, why should he be fair back.

So, the Spire was built to harness all the Will energy in the world, using it to grant wishes, right?
Will energy is generated by all living beings. And it has something in common with the force of DETERMINATION from UnderTale.
DETERMINATION is produced when a person is feeling particularly determined.
Will is similar. The amount of Will gathered at one spot in the world opened a rift between the Void and the world, which the Corruption slipped through.
The three Heroes who sacrificed themselves to seal it willed it so, that their sacrifice would provide what was needed to seal it.
They, in their final moments, produced an enormous spike in Will energy, as they willed with their very lives that the Corruption be sealed. Which happened at around the same time as when the Last Archon made his wish.
The Spire, in my theory, functions by maintaining a field or gathering of Will energy. It uses this to grant wishes. The Spire can only work when this field is stabilized, however. It’s very much like spinning a plate on a pole. The moment it destabilizes, if nothing is done to counter, everything comes crashing down.
The large spike in Will produced by the three Heroes destabilized the balance the Spire was maintaining, as it sought to do what it was built to; draw Will energy to itself.
The pull the Spire exerted in an attempt to draw the new Will energy to it either put ‘pressure’ on or otherwise moved/compressed/jostled the Will it already had.
This destabilization happened, essentially at the time that the Archon’s wish was either being processed or was in the process of being granted.
The Will energy turned volatile, and when the Spire could not contain the Will or re-stabilize it, it erupted outward in a wave that leveled the civilization.
This very much depends on my own understanding of energy, and how energy becoming destabilized can affect things. Mostly science, and some sci fi.

Even if this isn’t the case, it’s pretty obvious William sent Michael down there to die. SL does take place after 1 and 2, though. Will’s also probably already dead by the time of SL, since Mike doesn’t know where he is. And the FNaF 4 bedroom is connected to the bunker in some way, since William has cam feeds of the area in the private room, so that’s probably a part built onto the bunker solely for the FNaF 4 experiment.

Ok so, let me start by saying that I am a new fan. I've watched a lot of stuff and I'd like to say I'm quite knowledgeable in the lore by now, but if there's something I'm missing I apologize.
That said.
Sister Location takes place in a rental underground structure, Circus Baby's Entertainment and Rental. This would suggest that the animatronics don't perform there, and therefore wouldn't need that much space. Plus, if you're going to rent animatronics in an attempt to collect children's souls, I don't think it's a very intelligent move to only have ONE of each. The more copies, the better, no?
Unless it was never meant to be a storage space for a rental company.
SL feels like a maze. Physically, when you have to make your way through Ballora Gallery and Funtime Auditorium. Mentally, when you have to fix/dismantle animatronics, or when you're trapped in the suit. Psychologically, when HandUnit and Circus Baby start giving you completely opposite directions and you have to decide who to trust.
But the thing is, if you trust HandUnit, you die during Night 2(I think), when you try to cross Ballora Gallery. If you trust Baby, you die in the Scooper Room. Even if you don't follow Baby's directions during that last part, Ennard finds you anyway. Contrary to most of the other games, this one does not let you leave alive, no matter how you play it (even in PS the player theoretically has a choice to remain or walk away, as we know from Henry's "There was a way out planned for you etc.").
But thing is, you play as Michael. You killed your own brother, albeit accidentally. You killed your father's son. And, if I'm not wrong, SL doesn't take place that long after FNAF4.
SL is not a rental company. It's the slowest, most meticulously planned out and most painful revenge Afton could take on Michael.

My FNAF AU very much takes most of its elements from MatPat’s theories, with my own logic interwoven.
With that said! ANY THEORY AFTER FNAF 6 IS NOT CANON TO MY AU. I do believe that this does seem to be the direction the series is taking, but my AU will not have that.

Macabre (VV Nightmare Sans)
Name: Macabre Visare/Resverie
Age: Early to late (maybe) twenties
Status: Mortal, Alive
Monster Type: Skeleton
Occupation: Head of the Somnium/Visare Crime Family
Family: ——— Visare (Father - Dead), ———— Visare (Mother - Dead), Blithe Visare (Twin Brother - Missing, Presumed Dead)
Physical Description: Macabre shares many features in common with his original self. However, he does differ from Nightmare. For instance, Macabre has tendrils, rather than tentacles, and he only has a few of them, around five.
Macabre also is not as tall or elegant as NM, and has some magical tattoos as well, though they’re usually concealed by his clothing. Macabre, in general, is not as sturdy as his original, and that comes from him being a mortal.
Macabre’s a crime boss from a neighboring country, having been betrayed by his fellows, he’s sought refuge in the countryside. After being granted asylum by Lord Fallacy of the Vampires, he’s now recovering his strength and looking for allies. He plans to eventually retake what is his, but for now he’s content to stay here and bide his time.
Macabre came into crime at a young age, after a mysterious incident which left his family devastated and spurned. He rose in the ranks rather quickly, before striking out on his own and building his own empire.
Macabre once looked like Passive NM, before… well, the Visare family was willing to do anything to get back their dignity and standing… even at a cost to their own son. Macabre was the unfortunate victim of a magical ritual which left him with the abilities he has now. Blithe vanished not long after this happened.
Some changes from the original: Macabre isn’t Spanish, unlike Cruzar, he’s French. I don’t know why, honestly, but him being Spanish just didn’t seem to fit the image I had of him in my mind, and I had already made up my mind that he was going to make a group with people from different countries (the Bad Sanses), so since Cross is much more heavily associated with Spanish, in my opinion, I felt I could change Macabre. I felt like being French would make it so that he and another person would feel more at home in the French Kingdom of Vampires. He’s also not just a mere thief, but an actual crime boss, a position of power befitting of NM.

An ongoing passion project of mine ^^
I’m writing a self shipping comfort fic in my phone’s notes about AU’s being trapped in some unknown space in the multiverse including one’s like PJ’s Daycare cus it lets me work through my feelings regarding that AU and also make content for it because I adore it and think the fandom should take it and Nerd and Jock and Vampire Verse and make them great things that rouge never could have.
And I have a reverse harem. Great. :)
Because I have so many comfort characters who I’m also attracted to so yeah. I uh.

It actually starts off with PJDC arriving because thinking about PJDC inspired the whole thing in the first place. And there’s. A lot of issues. That are talked about. And people are going to counseling. So yeah.

1: Mike’s a little too eager to please when it comes to people he admires or likes. Stemming from the lack of attention he received from William after Eli and the CC’s deaths. He tries to hide it, but give him praise and he melts like chocolate.
2: Mike never intended for it to get so bad with CC. He never intended to bully him in the first place, it began as just a little bit of fun because his brother’s reactions were simply hilarious to Mike. Then Mike subconsciously started to blame CC for Elizabeth’s death. The bullying was also a subconscious effort to get back at William for his neglect after the death of his daughter.
3: Mike learned mechanics and robotics from some of William’s old stuff and Henry, over a period of around 30? Years. He uses this post scoop to help himself function by creating mechanical braces for himself. Like the things he created to stabilize the remainder of his spine, which go inside of his abdomen and brace against his spine. This is just one instance.
4: Mike’s a very dedicated and attentive partner, despite his insecurities and fears. The thing that haunts him the most as a partner is his own almost certainty that he’ll turn into his father all over again. Ie, repeat the past, even if only so much as being a bad partner. He’s terrified of it.
5: Mike and CC shared a special song that they both loved, one of the few connections that remained between them even after Mike started to bully CC. It was engraved on a vinyl record, and after CC’s death, it sat in disuse for years until Mike got the job at JR’s, and, having brought the record player and vinyl to the workplace to try and lift the heavy atmosphere in his workspace, discovered CC’s spirit within Fredbear.
6: Mike is secretly a lover of silly nicknames and terms of endearment. Make him giggle with a name, please. It’ll be the best thing you’ve ever witnessed.

HC that though the apple twins were based off of Swap Sans, they’ve grown differently over the years.
The bones of the brothers are more sturdy, yet are also slightly elegant, and their faces are also different from Swap’s.
Nightmare’s face is less round than Swap’s, he has higher cheekbones and his brow ridge is more defined.
Dream’s eye sockets are surrounded by bone that almost seems sculpted, with fine yet subtle curves. Dream also has skeletal freckles, mostly over his nose ridge and cheekbones. Nightmare used to have freckles too.
Their bodies are also longer, and they aren’t as compact as most other Sans variants.
Their bodies have grown differently due to their ‘SOULS’. Rather, the fact that the two are spirits originating from the Tree Of Feelings. Their skeletal bodies have grown, influenced by this.

Ah yes, the fucked up realization that DSAF is actually rather accurate in it’s portrayal of springlock suits.
Because. In SL, when Mike is in that suit, he rushes to keep the locks in check. The small amount of time we’re given before the locks go off mean that as we, the player, are having to go through Mike’s actions, he was in a hurry. He knew to some degree what springlocks were and how dangerous they were.
Meaning. Springlocks really do go off that quickly.
The fact that William and Henry thought of these, designed them, made them, used them, wore them, and generally just didn’t think they were a horrible idea is ridiculous!!! They’re so smart, they’re stupid!

Just watched part three of the dub for ‘If Blue Joined The Bad Guys’. And. I have things. To say.
I’ve never heard anything more false come out of NM.
He doesn’t know it, but Dream does grieve. Well, he would. If he didn’t build up hella thick walls around his trauma and grief. Dream thinks that he has to be strong, that he can’t be the Guardian of Positivity if he feels such negativity. So he shuts it out.
Not only that, but Dream’s never had anyone to tell him it’s ok to feel like that. He thinks that if he isn’t strong, then what is he?
If someone were to break down those walls, it would be ugly. But. It would be the start of Dream heading down the right path to healing from everything.
And maybe, NM will see that and help his brother. Maybe they can heal together.
