Not to be this guy but the problem here is not capitalism (capitalism is the problem on how the energy is distributed and charged. And even with unlimited energy you would be charged) but surge power and electrical storage.

Brazilian addition to this. We here are expected to say “how are you?” Or “good morning/afternoon/evening” before you say anything else if you even wish to be treated like a human. Also you better be polite and thank the person and wish them a “good day/week/weekend/holiday” after getting what you requested.

Growing up near a beach frequented by the elderly makes one more accepting of human bodies in general, I think. And it is gauche to criticize people for things they cannot control about their appearance.
However.
Sometimes people do silly things to themselves. Take for example the man I saw at the beach the other day, who was obviously naturally hirsute (ok) and had removed a lot of his body hair (fair) but had done so in such a way that he ended up with a *perfectly* rectangular bathroom-rug-shaped patch of fur on his torso.
