a/n : inspired by my number #1 favorite movie ever which is 'eternal sunshine of the spotless mind' !!! i love this scene with all my heart and i thought it'd be cute to make a blurb inspired by it 💕

the snow fell harsh.

peter never liked the cold. his sweaters were always too thin, or too thick, maybe too itchy and a little silly. he either loses one of his mittens or finds them ruined and dirty. and he never wore his beanie because he never wants to ruin his best quality— his hair.

you've always liked the cold. your sweaters were warm and hand knitted by one of your family members, your mittens fit perfectly in pairs, and you have an entire collection of beanies for every day of the week, decorated with pins and colorful clips.

there is also a reason why you liked the cold.

the hidden lake you've been going to since you were little freezes up. it's thick enough for you to walk on but slippery enough for you to fall.

you've gone ice skating there, made snowmen there, lost your boots there, and fell in there once, maybe twice. but you've never hated it. falling in cold ice gets you hot cocoa at the end! and a big headache.. and a sneezy nose..

but other than that you've loved it.

and you are so excited to share all of that with peter. even the headaches and sneezy noses.

"come on!"

you smile, peter holds your hand tightly as he steps on the ice for the first time. "it's very solid this time of year, don't worry."

"i'm not so sure about that." he's clinging to your arm, "come on, come on." you gesture.

"oh wow. i could see the city lights from here." peter grins, "pretty right?" you ask.

"very."

you don't notice peter's loving doe-eyes looking smiling at you and instead, you run into the middle of the lake before slipping.

"ow!"

"jeez, are you okay?" peter runs to you.

"you okay?" — "yeah i'm okay." you brush of the snow from your coat. "come on, now!" you gesture getting closer to the middle.

"i use to skate here sometimes. oh, we should do that sometimes!"

"i think i might cause the ice to crumble. and end up in 50 or so bruises." peter giggles, "i can teach you."

you give peter a smile before laying down on the ice, patting on the space beside you, gesturing for peter to follow along.

peter hesitates for a moment before following, "i think i heard a crack," he shook his head.

"it's not gonna break! or crack- it's so thick."

the stars shine above you. twinkling and glowing.

"show me which constellations you know."

"oh, i don't know any.." peter shrugs shyly, "yes you do! you took astronomy once!"

peter smiles, he pauses for a moment. "that's osidius," he points.

"where?" — "right there, see?" his cheek touched your cheek as he inched closer. "it's sort of a swoop and a cross. osidius the emphatic."

you smile and laugh.

"ooh look, that's us." peter points, "where?" you squint. peter takes your hand and slowly points in the direction of two stars.

"me, and you. you're the brighter one." peter says. "i'm the brighter one?" — "mhm, my bright, pretty, star."

Summary - Rafe saves Y/N from a guy trying to take advantage on her

Warning - Mention of sa, Alcohol, Drugs, etc. lmk if i forgot something

It’s been 3 years since Y/N rejected Rafe. Ever since she rejected him, he never talked to her again. Every time she approaches him or even say hi, he will just ignore her or give her an angry look.

Valentines day is approaching and y/n’s friend is hosting a valentines party at their house. Y/N is excited to attend the party and already bought outfits for the party.

~At the day of valentines~

Y/N arrived at the party looking flawlessly. Everyone is talking about her. Y/N approaches her friend and hugs her “Omg Alexa.. You look sooo good!!” Y/N compliments her. “Girl you look so divineeee!!” Alexa compliments her back.

Y/N sees Rafe talking to his friend Topper. Rafe sees her looking at him and rolled his eyes. “Oh wow, it’s been years and he’s still mad at me…”Y/N turns to Alexa. “Well, you were the love of his life and you just rejected him. I remember how he’ll always ask me if you were sick every time you weren’t at school” Alexa tells her.

“Anyways, i’m going to get some drinks.” Y/N leaves Alexa and goes to get some drinks. As she goes to the kitchen, she bumps to a guy and he accidentally spills drinks to her outfit. “OH NOO NOOO…” y/n screams as alcohol drips through her dress. “Sorry, I didn’t see you..” the guy tries to apologize but y/n just keeps screaming and crying. “Miss, calm down. It’s just a dress” he tries to calm her down. “Just a dress? ARE YOU INSANE???..” y/n screams at him. “Ok, Ok… look let’s get you cleaned up” he leads her to the bathroom and helps her clean her dress.

“UGH.. the stain won’t come off” y/n cries. “Well at least you’re not wet anymore. who cares about some little stain. It’s not even noticeable.” He tells her. Y/N rolls her eyes at his comment. “I’m Carter btw.” he reaches his hand for a handshake but y/n didn’t shake his hand. “Look i’m sorry.. i really am.. ok, i’m just gonna get you a drink to pay for what i did.. is that alright for you?” Carter asks y/n. “fine” y/n answers.

Rafe sees y/n with Carter and got jealous. Even though he's been ignoring y/n for years, he can't deny that he still has feelings for her.

Carter gets a drink in the kitchen while y/n waits and sits on the couch. Unbeknownst to y/n, Carter had spiked her drink. Carter gives y/n the drink and she immediately drinks it. Seconds later, y/n feels dizzy and everything around her starts spinning. Y/N stands up and almost fell but Carter catches her. “Are you ok?” Carter asks her. “I feel dizzy-“ Y/N falls again but Carter catches her. “Let’s take you upstairs, ok?” Carter guides her as they go upstairs to a room.

Carter lays y/n in the bed. Moments later, Carter goes on top of her and starts kissing her. “W - what are you doing-?“ y/n is confused and don’t know what to do. “Shh- just relax” Carter whispers to her. “Don’t you like it?” Carter is kissing her and cupping her breast. “Please- stop” y/n screams.

Rafe goes upstairs to get something his friend left. As he goes through the hallway he hears a familiar voice crying and screaming. Rafe immediately breaks in and punches Carter. Carter fell on the ground with a bloody face. “WTF, MAN?” Carter yells at him. “Get away from her, you pervert” Rafe grabs y/n and carries her outside.

Rafe brings y/n outdoor and gives her water to calm. “Are you feeling better?” Rafe asks her. “Thank you-“ y/n cries to him. “Hey, it’s ok im here for you” Rafe puts her head on his shoulder and kisses her forehead. “I don’t know what i would do without you” y/n tells him. “Me too..”
