Using Spotify recently because I got a free trial and plan to cancel afterwards and go back to organizing music I own
But I hate the recommendations so much, they are not what I want. Like it suggests a similar genre but NOT the vibe of the song or structure of the song
Like it sucks
I don't want suggestions in the same genre that's so many different sounds. I want the same sound regardless of genre. The vibe. I know this is gotta be possible by an algorithm because it's sound files. And like you could tell the structure of the music by scanning it. Like chords etc. idk maybe that doesn't exist.
It seems like it's based on genre and tags not the sounds of the file
Which is easier for them
Idk how it actually works it just sucks

wish there was a way to easily post entire playlists on tumblr without using an external function. like if we could just post a series of mp3s through the site itself. i mean!! weve got the mp3/audio share function which is so beautiful bc i can just have tunes on my blog. but sometimes i want to share a full playlist of mp3s. listen to my songs boy!! imagine. it would be so beautiful.
