The idea of a possessive yandere suit of armor is so hot to me.
You meet in a ruin or something and the moment you wipe off their cobwebbed covered helmet theyâre immediately attached.
It joins you on your adventures. Sometimes you wear it sometimes you donât and it walks beside you. But those instances of you wearing them brings them so much relief knowing that youâre closer than ever to them and the fact that theyâre the one who decides whether you can leave their grasp or not. The idea of keeping you all to themselves, completely covered by amor and a helmet so no one can see you. They drop hints that they love you by doing typical gestures of affection when theyâre hollow. Hugging you, putting an arm around your shoulders when you have a meal together. If youâre short enough, even resting their gauntlet on your head.
After some time (like, 4 months) they confess their affection to you, only for you to reject them. You love them yes, but only in a platonic way. As a partner but not in romance.
They decide that theyâve had enough. Theyâre the only ones that deserve anything to do with you. The only one who deserves to see you. To know about you. To have you. Theyâve been alone for so long that surely you finding them meant that you had to be special. That you two were destined to be together.
they thought you wouldnât mind the idea of wearing them all the time. After all who doesnât want more safety. But you rejected them. Again. Saying that it would be too cumbersome to keep them on and that you would lose a lot of mobility. Not knowing that you were about to lose all of it.
They snap at you as they grab you wrist, their cold steel grip hurting you and they know it. They spout their delusional reasoning as the front of the armor opens up to engulf you. Your cries are silenced when they shove you in and contort you limbs to fit into theirs. The helmet and joints tightening around your body as they become your metal cage.
They just tell you promises of safety and companionship for eternity. Of how youâll adjust to your new âhomeâ and youâll learn to love them. All the while they know and understand what theyâre doing is wrong, but they couldnât care less. After so long they finally have an armor barer and theyâre never letting this one go.
It was finally over. After the days of running and the torture it was time for the execution of the imposter.
The crowd watched in excitement to see the stain on their creatorâs legacy get washed away. The thief that dared to steal and deceive the people of Teyvat by wearing their creatorâs face.
The crowds murmurs of anticipation grew to cheers as the beaten body of the thief was brought to the makeshift stage. Applause rang out as they placed the thiefâs behind the chopping block that was stationed there. After all what better way to punish the thief that stole the creatorâs face than to remove the head of which the face sits on?
Zhongli forces them in their knees before the block while the Raiden Shogun stands by, looking forward to finally kill the divine sinner with Mussou Ishin. Venti acts as the announcer for the crowd as he lists the off the crimes that the thief has committed to warrant this punishment. Everybody knows what they did, but thereâs no such thing as a crowd who doesnât like to hear a bit of sin. He bolsters the crowd as he turns to the thief and asks them for their last words before their execution, sarcastically saying that everyone will understand if itâs for forgiveness from the creator.
They look at him and for the first time a chill shoots down his spine as their eyes stair into his, before moving onto the crowd. The thiefâs eyes held no remorse, no forgiveness, and no mercy.
Everyone waited to hear the thiefâs lasts words. To hear them plead for forgiveness and mercy by the all creator as their head is chopped off. Some donât even think the thief should deserve to. Some just want to hear and see their head hit the stone ground.
A grated sound leaves the thiefâs lips. Itâs so quiet that Venti has to ask them to repeat it. They suck in a breath as they look at the crowd with the same look they gave Venti.
âYour god. Does not. Exist.â
Theyâre wrenched down into a bowing position by Zhongli. The crowd screams for the exocution of the thief. The Shoguns sword held up high to the heaven as a symbol of bringing down their creators wrath upon the wretched fool who would dare say such blasphemy upon their name.
The thief smiles as the look at ground. How the crowd screams for their death brings them a sense of joy as it will soon be silent. That theyâll be free just moments from now.
The traveler, Nahida, and Furina watch from the ground as they see the thiefâs smile. They know whatâs going to happen. And they know theyâre powerless to stop it.
Raiden swings her blade down onto the thiefâs neck and the stage is covered in gold. It pours off stage and drips down into the crowd as the Shogunâs sword disappears.
Gold fills the crowds eyes as the thief stands up unharmed. Any previous presence of their broken body gone as they seem to have return to peak health, their body outlined in a pale gold that bleeds into the eyes of the audience.
âYour god doesnât exist.â They say again. A light smile on their face as their eyes are filled with warmth.
Zhongli and Raiden move to kill them, but are stopped by the Traveller and Furina. Around their eyes are a small specks of gold, the sign of when the divine creator is possessing them.
Raiden manifests her pole arm and Lumine dodges, leaving the thief wide open as theyâre unarmed and powerless. She strikes again and her pole arm lands into the street. Clattering to the ground as the thief holds Mussou Ishin out. The Shogun can only stare as they look at the blade in their hand. She falls to her knees as what stand before her finally gets to her.
They had taken what her god had given to her. They bathe in a light stronger than what the acolytes shine. And they had healed completely from the injuries they had previously gained in an instant.
They werenât trying to kill a thief. They were trying to kill their creator.
The audience falls to their knees and start to plead for forgiveness. For their punishment for their ignorance against their god.
Their god just looks at Mussou Ishin. A lost look in their eyes as they stare at the blade. As they stare at Ei.
Ventiâs wails grabs their attention. He cries for his gods forgiveness and their response leaves him confused.
âYou need to stop praying to me. Iâm not your god.â
âY-your grace! Please! I know weâve committed a terrible sin! Please punish us for our crime! Let us earn your forgiveness!â The crowd joins in with agreement with his plead.
âBut your god doesnât exist Venti?â
He looks up and sees a grin stretched upon their face. A mocking look in their eyes as they look at him.
âWhat? Y-your grace Iâm confused.â Venti stammers out and the audience goes quiet as their god opens their mouth.
âYour god doesnât exist, because you were worshiping what your own pride made up.â
The crowd starts to despair as they continue.
â-Your archives of what I did, they tell of events that are true. But youâve made up everything of who I am. Youâve replaced it with what you think I am. Who you want me to be. What your pride think you deserve from me. What your own arrogance think you deserve. âNiceâ? âhumbleâ? âforgivingâ? âGoodâ? âJustâ?, âFairâ? Youâve made up the most tasteless and bland god you guys could think of.â
They walk to the edge of the stage and look upon the sorry state of what was once a âproudâ audience doing their âgodâsâ work.
âYouâre worship your own prideful imagination. You worship an idea that made you feel special because it just wasnât enough for you. When you hunted me down, you said that this is in the name of your god, when it was just in the name of your arrogance. After all I never once saw anyone go to the countless statues of your god to ask if you were doing the right thing. In fact I donât think you talk with them at all. You just talk to them. Always talking, talking, talking just non-stop of how youâre doing it for them. Never asking for an answer in return. Always demanding praise for something that you wanted to do.â
They look down to see their main team with their heads pressed into the harsh stone ground. Their tears soaking the pavement.
âYour our grace, please! Give us another chan-!â Ei pleads. The situation so dire that sheâs emerged from her plane of Euthymia.
âAnother chance?â Their eyes narrow at her.
â-I gave you a chance when you hunted me. I gave you a chance when I ran. I gave you a chance when you caught me. I gave you a chance when you called for my execution. And I gave you a chance before you swung. Your. Sword. Youâve had enough chances. Chances that you ignored for your pride and arrogance in thinking you were special enough to kill in the name of a âgodâ that you made up.â
âSo I say again. Your god doesnât exist.â
A brilliant light that covers them makes the archons cover their eyes and turn away. They start to slowly disintegrate in front of their eyes as they say their final words to teyvat.
Sagau characters doing their usual obsessive hunting: âYou disgusting imposter! How dare you try to deceive us that you could ever be them!â
reader, a giant grin on their face: âI had to blow my nose to get a vitamin gummy stuck in my nose out. Twice.â
Your favorite characters who know about that incident, but didnât want to embarrass their god so they didnât tell a soul: âguys no-. wait I think we should rethink this-â
I think the fact that you did something embarrassingly hilarious, but have no shame in admitting to the characters is what should save you. Because even in the imposter AU celestia could not get that information of them and they wouldnât even be able to think of that.
Hey can you please do yandere Korra's reaction to her darling commiting suicide due to depression from being held captive by her?
I wrote the story then I realized, âmaybe..theyâre asking for the immediate reaction?â
Either way you get both headcanons and story you lucky sonâve a bitch
Immediate reaction
Very distressed.
She only wanted the best for you and now youâre dead.
Her safe space is dead
Sheâs in shock for a while. Just, lost. She doesnât know what to do as youâre taken away and her friends friends try to comfort her.
She disappears for a bit and people worry that sheâll be gone for years again, but after a week she returns. Seemingly calm.
What she was doing was letting out her anger, grief, sorrow, and regrets into the empty and deserted sand dunes of the desert. You might find large patches of glass if you go out there.
Afterwards sheâs the same. Acts the same, talks the same.Â
But if you look closely and if you know her well, everything she says is a lie. She doesnât care about the crisis, she doesnât care about training, she doesnât care that she got the wrong order, she doesnât care that the kids made a mess.
She cares that her love is gone, and now thereâs no one but her and her thoughts to keep her company.
Story time
What's Wrong?
Why...why did it have to end like this. She tried for so long. She tried for everyone but it wasn't enough for them. It never will be.
"Why can't the Avatar just do this"
"The Avatar can't do whatever she wants"
"Just do your job Avatar"
"You don't have the authority to do that Avatar"
"She can't keep a level head"
"Korra you need to fix your attitude"
"Korra you need to find him"
"Korra you need to help"
"Korra you need to go"
"Korra you need to fight"
"Korra you can't fight them"
"Korra"
"Korra"
"Korra"
"Korra"
âKorra you need to let me go.â
Sheâs been asked for so much. You were supposed to be her reprieve from the world, her safe place, her happy place, hers. But in the end she guessed she was asking for too much from you.
âIâm sorry to hear about what happened to Y/n...I know you...loved them.â Mako told to Korra as they watched the grave being filled in.Â
She did love them, but it still wasnât enough. It wasnât enough to keep you with her. It wasnât enough to keep you alive. If only she had listened once more. If only she was there. If only she wasnât demanded of so much. If only she wasnât the Avatar, then maybe, maybe she couldâve been with you right now. No Amon, no red lotus, no Vaatu, no paranoia, no kidnapping, no depression, no worries, and most importantly, no funeral.
The worst is her is that theyâre still asking. Still demanding. As if she didnât lose the love of her life. The world is still turning, but hers is gone. It goes as if nothing was wrong.
I just had a little brain stroke that ended up with me thinking that, in an imposter Au sagau whatever.
So hereâs the deal, Iâm one billions who have to wear glasses or eyes no work. But in writings glasses users donât really pop up so hereâs our crumbs guys.
When we splat down into our tomb genshin world, thankfully our glasses donât break, but only a certain few like archons and the ones that have access to classified religious texts about us know the truth about our shitty eyesight.
The problem is that they donât know what the hell contacts are.
Teyvat: Whereâs your glasses creator???
Imposter: U-uh I-I wear contacts.
Teyvat: Oh okay. Can we see them
Imposter: Theyâre permanent. I canât take them off. They were invented after glasses.
Teyvat:âŚokay! đ
Then like the sack of meat we are we slap down into teyvat and theyâre shitting themselves, teyvatâs shitting itself, and the imposter is shitting themselves. everyoneâs shitting.
*cue typical sagau shenanigans*
So now your in front of the imposter
Imposter: look at your god
Y/n: Wow! You look better with my glasses off! âşď¸
cue â*le gasps*â
now everyoneâs going nuts again and we boldly challenge them to see if theyâre who they say they are and the acolytes allow this because if theyâre right about their god surely they have nothing to fear, consider it a last wish before execution basically.
So the refs are the people who know about their graceâs issue.
The imposter has said their eyes had been âpretty badâ to them before and earlier we exposed that theyâre not even wearing contacts at the moment cause lord they would be dry without solution.
now weâre both side by side looking at something and the we both start trying to get closer to read it. The imposter stops several steps in, but we get closer
and closer
and closer
and closer
and closer
and closer
and closer
and closer
and- oh, weâre half a foot away from the damn thing with our face in front of it.
cue surprised pikachu face when itâs revealed that the real creator canât see a damn thing and can âsee with their soulâ or can âfeel their creations around themâ or whatever they made up to make it seem â¨magicalâ¨. Then the imposterâs dragged away blah blah blah but weâre just. There.
Y/n: Thatâs great and all but I still canât see a damn thing.
*cue everyone trying to get to you some personalized glasses so theyâll have their âmarkâ on you.*
Hello author, could you make Camilo with Teenager female reader (she is about 16 years old) who is a dragon leader, she resembles like a mix of Hiccup and Valka from httyd, she also has a fire sword, dragon armor and staff, she is kind and compassionate to dragons, can tame and earn the trust of any dragon, she has 3 main dragons: Stormcutter, Triple Strike, Song of Death and the baby Deathgripper she recently rescued (She carries him in a special compartment in her armor that looks like a mama kangaroo bag. Like the fishlegs in part 3 httyd) , she travels with her dragons looking for a suitable place to stay safe from dragon hunters. She is neutral towards the camilo and the madrigal family, but over time she has become friends with them. All the dragons obey her, so when a screaming death attacks the village , she calmly talks to the dragon and tames it (thereby saving the alma) . She takes Camilo with her on flights, but her dragons are not friendly to Camilo (they don't trust him, but after Camilo saves y/n, he deserves their trust and respect, but the baby deathgripper does not give up trying to burn his clothes with acid ), but are friendly to the others. A little clarification, the reader was alone, after her father's death at the hands of hunters , she was 12 years old when he was gone, she led a nomadic lifestyle, looking for a place where she could live with her dragon flock whom saved .Sorry for the mistakes, English is not my native language. One shot, if not difficult .
Unfortunately I donât really know httyd and in my rules it says I donât write males. I donât blame you though if you didnât see because I literally just looked up how to pin a post on my tumblr. Super sorry about not being able to write your request.
Mirabel sung out much to Y/nâs chagrin. The girl held her head in hands as she died internally while being dragged by her arm into Casitaâs courtyard, who, was very enthusiastic about the new visitor.Â
Doors, tiles, and shudders started banging as the Casita called the rest of the Madrigals to the entrance, as well as notifying them that Mirabel was able to find the poor girl who just wanted to be left alone.Â
âMiraaa!! You found them?!â
Camilo yelled as he bounded down the stairway. Soon, the other Madrigals in the house joined the three, brimming with curiosity about the girl who seems to be avoiding them.
Camilo grabbed Y/nâs hand and shook it vigorously. Â
âHiya! Names Camilo, do you wanna hangout later??â
Y/n just stood there confused and concerned as she slowly pulled her hand out of the energetic boyâs grip.
âNo thank you.â
She politley replied. She turned her attention to the older sister he mentioned who quietly said hello to her, and Y/n gave a silent and brief wave back.Â
âOh! Hello again, how have you been so far?â
Julieta asked and Y/n just sent her a confused look.
â-When you fell? It was a pretty nasty fall, and you almost immediately recovered.â
âBecause...youâre magic??â
Y/n replied, not understanding what Julieta was trying to say.
âMost people with broken bones usually have to take a nap later after being healed by my mom, but you kinda just popped right up after she healed you.â
Luisa explained, which startled Y/n as she didnât notice the tall girl behind her.
âOh, well Iâve always kinda been the type who just gets up after falling multiple times soooo...â
Y/n shyly explained when a beam of light appeared and a certain long haired Madrigal was lowered down by her vines.
âI heard our friend was here?â
Y/n saw Mirabelâs demeanor shift into one of disinterest and annoyance from the corner of her eye as the eldest child approached her.
âI hope you enjoyed your time in Encanto. I apologize if we came off too strong earlier.â
âItâs fine.â
âHello! Nice to meet you! Iâm Antonio.â
A high pitched voice coming from below made Y/n look down to see a small boy with poofy afro.
âY/n.âÂ
Introduced herself to the young boy.
âAre you going to come to my gift ceremony?â
âMaybe. Depends on what Iâm doing.â
âThank you so much for bringing Mirabel home by the way, would you like to stay for dinner? As a way of saying thanks for bringing Mirabel home.â Julieta offered. The sun was just setting and the sky was lightly filled with an orange red hue.
âThank you, but I need to get back before it gets too dark.â
âHow close is your house?â
âUh-â Y/n was about to lie when Mirabel pipped in.
âFar! It, uh took us a couple hours to get here soo...â Mirabel looked over to Dolores who nodded in support.
âI guess that settles it then.â Felix declared with a humoring smile.
âNo no itâs alright. I have plenty of time to get home.â Y/n turned and took a few steps to the door when the tiles below her shifted to place her back in front of the Madrigal family.
âIâm not leaving until I say yes?â Y/n sighed out.
âNope~â Camilo said smirked while leaning against Mirabel who also looked victorious.
Y/n sighed again while holding back a smile as she resigned to her fate and joined the family inside.
On the table Y/n could see that there was some Sancocho that she guessed was fish due to the smell, Carne a la Llanera, and some sides such as Papas Chorreadas, Ensalada Rusa, and some others.
Mirabel leads the girl to one of the side seats that the Casitaâs pulled out for her and takes a seat right next to her while Camilo text the seat on the other side.
âSoo, Y/n right? Where do you live? Havenât seen you around Encanto before.â
Calimlo asked as he served himself some Carne a la Llanera.
âI live in the mountains.â
âWhich one? There are a lot around here.â
âIâd rather not say.â
âWhy not?â
Y/n just stared at him deadpan.
âBecause I donât know you guys.â
âShe has a point.â Felix commented as he took a spoonful of rice and Camilo just gave him an annoyed look.
âSo do you have any hobbies? What kind of things do you like?â Mirabel questioned this time.
âI draw. And cook...I like thunder storms.â
âOh?â
Pepa perked up at that while the whole family was confused. Why would someone like a thunder storm? They make the sun go out, make it too dark, and you can;t do anything while they go on.
âWhy do you like storms?â
âI like the sound of rain and the rumbling of the thunder. I find them calming.â
â...Huh.â Isabela let out before she continued eating. Y/n was the first person theyâve heard of liking thunderstorms.
âWhere did you learn to cook? The cake you gave me, it looked almost professional.â Julieta wondered from across the table.
âMy mom. Her and I cook a lot.â
âWhat do you usually make?â Pepa piped in. They were really trying to keep this conversation going and find out something from their guest.Y/n shrugged at the question.
âI donât know. Itâs kinda a mix of stuff from all over the world.â
âYouâve been to other places in the world?â
âNot really. Just the cookbooks.â
âOh.â
Silence filled the room with the occasional clinks and taps from silverware hitting plates and bowls.
âSo what do your parents do? They werenât with you when we found you.â
âThatâs because I live alone.â
âBut youâre so young? And the forest is a dangerous place.â
âIâve been alright for five years I think Iâll be fine now.â
âFIVE YEARS???âÂ
The family exclaimed as they looked at Y/n in surprise. Y/n looked already looked young so her saying that she lived five years out here alone made them concerned that she didnât have any family around.
âHow have you survived for this long? Iâve never seen you at the market getting any food do you have a farm or something?â Pepa interrogated.
âYeah? I have my own way of sustaining myself where I live.â
âWhat about when you get hurt? Badly?â
âI know first aid.â
âWhy donât you just go to my mom?â Luisa prodded.
âWhy would I do tha..tha...EEAACHOO.â
Y/n was cut off by a flurry of sneezes as they immediately got up and the Madrigals followed suit.
âI..have to...go..ehh...â
âWhat? Itâs late and itâs going to be night pretty soon.â Julieta said as she walked around the table to see what was wrong with Y/n, but was held at armâs length by her as she made for the door.
âAl..Al, Alhergies! Itâs the flowers.â
âOh!â
The Madrigals watched as Y/n hastily walked across the courtyard and to the door.
âThank you for having me over, goodbye.â
Y/n briefly waved before slipping out the front door leaving the family to look as her running down the road to the forest, wondering if she was going to be okay and thinking that the whole dinner thing didnât go as well as they liked.
âHmph, sheâs allergic to you.â
Maribel smirked at her sister to which the latter just rolled her eyes in annoyance.
A yandere genshin sagau so if your not interested you can skip
This is based off of my âKnowing Auâ which in short means the reader has read fics before so knows what could go down in the genshin world and if they end up in a gruesome au. Which they did
Tw: Angst, more angst, crying, mentions of attempted murder, trauma, guilt, me ripping your heart out with even more angst. I cried on the inside while writing this.
====
It was cold in the grand church, one where the former âgodâ had taken residence in.
It was cold outside, where the warm sun used to bathe the brightly colored world.
It was cold, where warm blood would pump and circulate through the body of the broken god.Â
It was cold where their heart should be. Where they should feel any kind of warmth. Not even out of love, but out of life. Out of living. It was cold.
But nothing could surpass the frozen silence and time when their rightful god, sat upon the impostor's throne gazed upon them. The unfaithful acolytes. Could it be considered gazing at them? Their eyes seem too...cold, empty, and gone.
âYour-your grace we didnât mean-â
A swift hand from their grace silenced the bowing, sniveling bard.Â
âHow many did you kill?..How many did you senselessly murder?âÂ
Their gentle voice asked. Just light of a whisper, but heard by everyone in the room as they were attentive for their creators voice. Anything that wasnât a shrill, glass shattering scream was what they all wanted.
âHow. Many.â
They demanded this time when the acolytes hesitated at the question. The voice losing itâs once gentle touch, but no louder.Â
Yae Miko, one who was at their side from the beginning, wordlessly handed a book to her creator. She knew that they were in a fragile state, and she didnât have the heart in her to say the number.
âThank you.âÂ
The creator quietly let out. Even in such a devastated state they were still kind and polite to their creations. To those that deserved it.
The flipping of pages echoed through the walls and as each second ticked by, the more the hearts of those in the building, dropped. The more they started to cry, and the more it turned into quiet weeping as page, after page, after page, after page was slowly turned.Â
âWeâre so sorry..â
âPlease forgive us your grace.â
âWeâll take any punishment you see fit!â
The archons cried out in desperation. Anything for their god to look at them with love again.
But amidst their weeping and their pleas, they couldnât see that their god was also crying. Crying over how many were slaughtered and what they lost.
âWhy? Why did you kill so many just because they looked like me?! Some of these are even kids! Children!â
The broken sound of their god made them raise their heads from the floor to see their god weeping, which caused their hearts to shatter even further, if that was possible.
It was their fault that their god couldnât look at them. It was their fault they could be near them. It was their fault they couldnât stand them. Yet they asked for forgiveness anyways cause they couldnât fathom doing anything else.
âThey were impostors your grace!â
Venti blurted out.
âYou being here confirms that they werenât the real all creator!!â
Zhongli tried to reaason.
âHOW DO YOU KNOW THAT?!!!â
Their god shot up from their seat as everyone looked at them in surprise at the sudden increase of volume.Â
While yes, they had screamed as they were tortured by their acolytes and when they were about to be executed. They had always tried to be quiet, to be gentle, to be nice, to be forgiving. But this scream, this shriek held all the anger that they had yet shown.
âDID NONE OF YOU MORONS EVEN CONSIDER THAT IT COULDâVE BEEN REINCARNATION?! THAT MAYBE THERE WERE SO MANY IMPOSTORSÂ BECAUSE YOU KEPT SLAUGHTERING ME?!!! THAT IT WAS TEYVAT ITSELF FORCING ME TO COME TO YOU?!!! TRYING TO TELL YOU THAT YOU WERE KILLING YOUR OWN GOD?!!!â
The full choir of cries and wails now filled the nation as not only the acolytes, but the followers as well heard their godâs rage, their sorrow, their grief as they were right. They had never taken that into consideration.Â
The new idea of killing their god over and over even as they took on an early stage of life made them feel even worse. The sin of harming or even killing their own god was what they considered as the worst transgression they could commit, until their god said that. The act of killing their god repeatedly was so much worse.
âWeâre sorry weâre sorry, weâre so sorry!!â
âSORRY FOR WHAT?? FOR HURTING ME? OR THAT YOU FELL FROM MY SO CALLED GOOD GRACES? OR IS IT BECAUSE YOURâRE FACING THE CONSEQUENCES OF YOUR STUPIDÂ ACTIONS??!!!â
The room was filled with cries that were desperately trying to be suppressed. Sniffles and hiccups littered the room, but none were as attention grabbing as the ones coming from their god, who collapsed into the chair exhausted from finally letting their bleeding-heart speak.
âYour gra-...Y/n..â
Yae corrected as she rested a gentle hand on their shoulder. While formality was strict when it came to her god, she knew they hated that name for what it brought them. She also used their name because that was the only thing that could get their attention in their state. Their true name being said was such a rarity, Yae saw the light in their eyes come back when she said their name. It wasnât much, but it was enough for her. Enough for both of them.
â-We can go back to the shrine, or even Snezhnaya if this is too much now.â
Yae waited for their tears to calm down for their answer, but her god asked her a question so meekly she didnât hear it.
âWhere am I?â
âYo-Y/n?..What do you mean by that?â
She cradled their face in her hands as she stepped in front of them, blocking their view from the acolytes. She was concerned about why they would ask that. Theyâd sustained so many injuries it was possible that it could be a side effect or something that they missed.
âWhere am I?â
They repeated a little louder. As fat, warm tears rolled down their cheeks and onto Yaeâs hands that tried to wipe them away.
â-This isnât the Teyvat that I fell in love with. These arenât the people I fell in love with.â
They uncontrollably started crying as they curled in on themselves. Their voice growing until even the acolytes on the floor could here them,.
âMy Teyvat would never do this. They would never slaughter kids and they would never hunt down someone for such a simple thing.â
Yaeâs, and the recently appeared Tsaritsaâs heart broke as their god coninued on.
âThis isnât the Mondstadt I fell in, this isnât the Izuma I fell in love with. Thereâs nothing here I loved before.â
âSurely you donât mean-â
The Tsaritsa tried to cut in.
âI loved the people who would smile, I loved the people who would protect others and those who wished the best for others. Those who followed their ideals and dreams without influence, and those who were kind. But Iâve seen none of it here in this world. This world is cruel and unforgiving. It murders any that resembles me and has no qualms committing atrocities even against the innocent and young. Itâs just a husk of what I love rotting from the inside desperately pretending itâs still alive.â
They choked out one more thing that even broke the ones who were in their godâs favor.
âThis isnât the world I loved.â

@chocoenvyâ
This was the first time making anything really angsty so Iâm sorry if it wasnât as sad as the Tw warnings said it would be.Â
It was all going fine and dandy. Y/n was just living her life. Hanging out with her best buds, doing her job, playing games, and sometimes getting almost killed by demons who invaded the city. Sure, maybe that last part isnât ideal to most, but she didnât mind it. She was just fine living out her long long long life. But then, then someone just had to open up that damned tomb didnât they?
She/they reader Not really important to the story, but thatâs what I just wrote down.
Thereâs Only One Thing Worse Than A Child. Children.
Tw: Swearing. nothing serious, but just in case for those who donât like that kind of stuff.
âBlue berry pancakes...zzsnk....â
The floor rattled below them as they slept.
â-zzznneeffvverrr....-EGHK?!!!.â
A violent boom shook the entire building as they were thrown out of bed and onto their wooden floor, face first.
âWhat the fucjk. Who the fuck is fucking around???â
They strode towards their window and grabbed the pair of binoculars sitting on the small table positioned to the right of the windowsill. Peering through them, they could see a giant purple bull and golden light beam in the middle of a destroyed downtown.Â
âOh, DBK got out. Good on him.â
They put their binoculars back and went back to bed. They didnât really have to worry about the chaos that ensued at the moment, as they knew they were well out of the way in the mountains as they lived which also gave them a good view of the city.
.Â
.
Hours later they were woken up by a succession of buzzes. At first, they tried to ignore them but then the texts started to turn into calls. They crawled over to their night stand and answered the phone, ready to murder whoever was disturbing their precious slumber.
If Y/n wasnât awake before she surely was now as she held the phone at arms length with Meiâs voice screaming through the reciver.Â
âHah?â
âCOME ON WEâVE GOT SOMETHING REALLY COOL TO SHOW YOU AND ITâS ALREADY NOON SO GET YOUR BUTT OUT OF BED OR IâLL GET YOU MY SELF!!â
âBut...You donât know where I live??â
âY/N!!!â
âOkay! Okay Iâll be there in a bit.â
They quickly hung up the phone before Mei could scream at them even more and threw on their in public clothes, before heading out the door. They then remembered that they had to grab their hoverboard and scurried back inside to fetch it, then coming back out and taking off to the city.
In a matter of minutes, Y/n burst out of the tree line and down the highway, before seeing the large blue barge with colorful crates and explosions on itâs deck.
âAiyaiyai whatâs Mei doing now?â
Speeding up, just as they were about to hit the bed of a truck, they put their foot forward, ran down the bed, and jumped, flying high above the bargeâs deck. She then did a triple flip before landing in front of their stunned group of friends.
âHey guys! Itâs ya favorite here!â
There was a second of awed silence when Mei started vibrating from excitement and glomped the girl.
âHey Mei. Practice, no, wonât say, and I think youâre pretty cool yourself Mei.â
The others just looked at here incredulous that she could understand what the hell Mei just said. While said girl just looked at her with stars in her eyes.
â-So why did you call me? And also why did I see explosions when coming over here?â
Mk then ran over to Y/n as well, holding up Monkey Kingâs staff up.
Y/n looked at him for a second processing what he just said before flipping out.
âYOU HAVE WHAT NOW!!?â
âMonkey Kingâs staff! Cool right!?â
âDid you try to give it back to him? Did you meet him? Did you mention me? Were you the reason that DBK was let out???â
âUuuhhhh... what now?â
Y/n just face palmed when Pigsy spoke up and tried to talk some sense and responsibility into the kid when Mei interrupted about a headquarters and vehicles.
Next thing Y/n knew she was shoved into a hidden elevator in one of the crates and popped out into a fully kitted and futuristic control room. With mechs, suped-up vehicles, Monkeymech.
âWelcoome~ To our new team base!â
âMei! When did you make this??!â
Mk asked with stars for eyes.
âHOW did you make this???â
Pigsy questioned with concern.
âCITIZENS! IT IS I, RED SON I HAVE TAKEN CONTROL OF THE WEATHER STATION, AND WILL HARNESS THE VERY POWER OF NATURE TO RETURN MY FATHER TO HIS FORMER GLORY!! This message is, more of a courtesy really. WHEN IâM FINISHED, MY FATHER WILL ONCE MORE DOMINATE THE WORLD!! AND THEN-Oh look, a lighting button.â
Mk and Mei cheered at the appearance of fresh meat while Pigsy and Y/n sighed in exasperation, knowing full well what troubles they were going to get up to.
âYou got a lot to learn kid, donât just dive head first into danger-wait. WHAT DID I JUST SAY!!â
Pigsy yelled at an escaping Mk who was surfing on the staff towards Red Son, cackling.
âIâm guessing I should go with to help you make sure that they donât kill anyone?â
Y/n asked the poor tired dad of three and half kids.
âThat would be appreciated.â
.
âNot so fast Red Son!!â
Mk announced as the rest of the gang took your positions behind him.
âNoodle Boy! I thought I smelled some garbage. Oh, and you have a new loser as well.â
Red Son cackled.
âYouâre laughing now, but Iâm invincible so, yeah, youâre basically toast. Prepare to get M.K.O-ed!â
Mk swung the staff over his head, but it ended up extending and making it difficult to follow through with the swing. While Mk was trying to swing on Red Son Mei was in the background cheering on her friend.
âYeah Mk! You show him whoâs bos-ahh! Oww....â
Mei dropped to the floor when the staff hit her and a big lump formed on her head. Y/n rushed to her side and held her in her lap.
âShit! Are you okay Mei?!â
A small green dragon spirit floated up from her body as if it was her spirit.
â-AH SH~HIT!â
âOF COURSE SHEâS NOT OKAY WHY WOULD YOU ASK THAT???â
âJeez! Watch what youâre doing!â
Pigsy scolded Mk who apologized, but then the staff expanded again while he was turning to face you guys making it swing around the room towards everyoneâs faces. Tang, Pigsy, and Y/n were able to duck in time but Sandy wasnât so lucky as he was nailed in the face, sending him to heaven as well as he collapsed next to Y/n and Mei.
âOh no! Youâve killed him!â
Tang cried out for his M.K.Oed friend whoâs soul was leaving his body.
âEh, heâs a big guy. He-Heâll be fine.â
Mei patted her fallen friendâs soul back into his body while still in Y/nâs lap.
âAre you dork done beating each other up yet?â
Red Son asked as he watched the uncontrolled chaos of the group. Y/n repeatedly wonders how the hell she met these goofballs.
âYes! And youâre next on my list!â
Mk replied and he twirled the staff above his before throwing the staff in Red Sonâs direction. Except he didnât throw it forward he threw it backwards behind him.
âHow..?â
The staff then expanded again, but into Mkâs butt and throwing him up in the room.
âHow???â
It then had the sentience to send him flying around the room a bit more then out the window.
âHow????â
Y/n looked back down to the scene in front of them and saw that they were surrounded by countless bull clones.
âI guess the garbage takes itself out now!â
Red Son cackled as the bull clone moved in for the offensive.
âMei cover Sandy.â
âYes Maâam.â
Mei saluted and hopped off their lap to go defend the fallen ally who was still unconscious.
âGet them!â
Y/n sidestepped a charging clone and ripped off one of its arms as it flew by. She then used the detached arm to bash and hit multiple clones into scrap metal. One of them grabbed and squeezed her wrist which made her drop the arm, but resulted in the bull getting thrown over her shoulder and into several others.
Clones swarmed in to replace the destroyed as Y/n kept dodging, punching, kicking, all while having complete control over the fight. If multiple charged at them, they would use their shoulders to jump off them and they would end up ramming into each other. If they attacked in a quick series, they swiftly deflected their opponent into another bull or flipping and sliding out of the way.Â
The others who ended up captured watched as the battle turned into a dance of sorts with the graceful offensive defense.
âENOUGH!! Although you stood against my bull clones with that street rat fighting, youâre no match for me! Red Son!â
âLetâs rumble Fireball!â
Red Son sped towards Y/n who blocked his punch and countered with a roundhouse kick which he jumped back from.Â
âOh Red Son~!âÂ
Glass fell from the ceiling as Mk interrupted them and dropped in from the sky, landing flat on his face. The sudden interruption had made the two fighters stop their...fighting.Â
âLetâs settle this for real. I wonât let you get away with this.â
Red Son did a spit take at the bold statement from Mk.
âHAH! Youâre back to beat yourself up some more?â
âHey Iâll have you know I can control my powers now. Only downside Iâm not invincible anymore so, I could die-â
âMK SHUT YER TRAP!!â
Y/n yelled at him with an incredulous look on her face. Disbelieving that she just heard not only can her friend die, but that he also just said that to someone who wants him dead.
âEhk- Forget I said that! I got this! Here comes Monkie Kid!â
Mk launched himself forward with his staff, then saw the swarm of bull clones and Red Son coming at him and immediately retreated.
Y/n ran towards her friends and made quick work of the clones guarding them. After releasing them from their binds, Y/n looked back to see a mountain of clones on what they assumed to be Mk, with Red Son standing on top of it.
Red Son mocked Mk for a second before a staff hit him right in the kisser as it extended into the sky, taking all the bull clones with it as well.
âOoh look, a lightning button.â
Mk said with childish glee in his eyes as he pressed said button, making every bull clone touching the staff explode. The staff reverted to itâs normal size and the screams of Red Son could be heard getting closer as he face planted into the floor. Hard.
âYou may have one this round, but youâre still garbage!â
Red Son yelled and he disappeared in a mini tornado of flame.
Thatâs Louis Rossman, a repair technician and YouTuber, who went viral recently for railing against Apple. Apple purposely charges a lot for repairs and you either have to pay up or buy a new device. Thatâs because Apple withholds necessary tools and information from outside repair shops. And to think, we were just so close to change.
âDonât be suspicious, donât be suspicious.â
Y/n chanted in her head as she quietly tried to move away from the second youngest Madrigal as she explored the surrounding area yelling out their name sometimes.
âFuck, fuckfuck, fuckfuckfuckfuckfuckFUCK!â
Y/n chanted in her head to the tune of Allegro by Mozart as she tried to get away from the unknowing girl as swiftly and soundless as possible. Which was difficult as she held a canvas the perfect size to make the task at hand harder. As well as the rest of her paint case in her other hand.Â
It was actually impressive that Mirabel didnât see the blinding white canvas against the green fores along with the panicking child holding it.
âDonât step on a twig donât step on a twig. Donât do the most cliche way to be noticed, donât do it hoe.â
She held her breath and looked right past Mirabel so the girl wouldnât get the feeling that someone was watching her, but still be able to keep an eye on her.Â
After god knows long Y/n was able to get a decent ways away and slowly turned around before hastily walking away and back to their house.Â
During the trek back home she occasionally looked around and for some unknown reason looked behind her, to which see saw Mirabel Madrigal a couple feet away looking directly at her. She jumped and let out an ear piercing shriek while throwing the canvas at the poor girl who also jumped at the sudden scream.
Mirabel spewed as she picked up the thrown canvas and slowly approached Y/n who was pretty sure she was dying.
Being dramatic and to lighten her mood, Y/n clutched her heart as she calmed down and leaned over.
âMah Heart, Mah soul.â
âUh, what?â
Mirabelâs face twisted in confusion at the foreign language that came out of the girlâs mouth. Y/n just looked her dead in the eyes before answering.
âHow long have you behind me?â
âEver since you tried to ditch me in the woods. Not very nice to leave a young girl out on her lonesome in the woods by the way.â
She joked but noticed the confused look on Y/nâs face and guessed that she didnât know what she just said.
âAwhile. Been behind you for awhile.â
Y/n sighed in annoyance and gestured to their canvas Mirabel held.
âCan I have back please?â
âOh! Right! Sorry...â
She handed it to them and they took it with caution written all over their face.
â-Iâm not dangerous you know, I donât bite.â
Y/n just glared at her unimpressed at the joke.
âPleeeassseee god just let me be aloonneee. This is so awkward.â
âSo where are we going?â
âWaahhh mmeeee???â
Y/n raised an eyebrow at the wording of the girls question.
âWe?â
âYeah! I mean, you are kind of new to Encanto as we never knew of you. And I want to get to know you! Maybe even be friends.â
Mirabel scooched over to Y/n with a grin and the girl promptly stepped away.
âNo.â
âI just wanted to ppaaaiiiinntttt. Why does it have to be so hard to be left in peace????â
âIf you donât let me come with you Iâll tell my cousin Dolores where you are. SHe hears everything by the way.â
âI know.â
âUgghhh. Well, can you at least guide me home?? I got lost following you.â
Y/n froze at the statement, they were at least two hours out of town and it was late in the afternoon. That and the two hour estimate was based off of her, who knew how to navigate the path so with an inexperienced partner it could take longer.
âIf I donât take her, her family will probably have a manhunt for her and I donât need them close to my place. If I do take her I might have even more interaction with people. But if I leave her she might just follow me home and thatâs not good....ffffffuuuuu-âÂ
âFine.â
âYES!â
Mirabel did a fist pump and realized y/n had already started to walk away and was almost twenty feet away already and ran to catch up.
