Babies start to cry in the womb around 28 weeks of pregnancy. This is a result of their nervous system kicking into gear and preparing them for life outside the womb.
Though most babies will cry occasionally throughout their gestation period, the crying typically starts around 28 weeks. By 36 weeks, most babies are crying at least once a day. By 42 weeks, they're usually crying every two or three hours!
The reason why babies start crying so frequently around this time is because their nervous system is working hard to adapt to life outside the womb. Crying helps to communicate with other members of the baby's family and it also helps to alert doctors that something is wrong.

According to Healthline, "blood changes color during menstruation to indicate when a woman is fertile." Red blood cells increase in size and number, while the white cells decrease. It can be a little confusing to know what each color means and what it means for your health. Is it red, pink, black, orange? Does it matter? If your period is light red or pink, you're likely ovulating. If your period is dark red, this means that your body is trying to rid itself of an infection and so on... In this post, we have discussed the meaning of different periods' blood colors, and what to do if you notice any changes. So read on to learn all you need to know about your period blood colors and reach out to us if you are concerned about anything related to your periods. #periods #menstrualcycle #periodsblood #bloodcolor #periodsbleeding #periodsbelike #periodstories #periodsbloodcolor #periodssuck #periodstruggles #periodsolutions #normalperiods #irregularperiods #periodsarenormal #painfulperiods #hormones #period #womenshealth #heavyperiods #selfcare #periodpositive #menstruation #womenswellness #hormonalhealth #menstrualmovement

Periods can be a time of great change and upheaval, which can lead to anemia. This is because during menstruation, you lose a lot of blood. This loss of blood leads to anemia, a condition in which your red blood cells are too small. Iron is one of the key nutrients that helps your red blood cells carry oxygen around your body. Low iron levels can lead to fatigue, nausea and even headaches. To help prevent these complications, it's important to keep your iron levels up during periods by eating foods that contain iron (like broccoli, legumes, nuts) or taking supplements that contain iron. If you're experiencing any signs or symptoms of anemia, such as fatigue, shortness of breath, Rapid heart rate, and red blood cell fragility (an inability to resist damage), reach out to us. #periodstalk #periodsflow #periodsbleeding #periods #periodsblood #menstrualbleeding #takecareofyou #selfcarelove #menstrualcramps #menstrualcycle #menstrualhealth #menstrualhygiene #menstrualhealth #menstrualperiods #periodstories #menstrualcycle #womenswellness #periodstruggles #periodsolutions #periodscare #periodstips #healthtips #womenhealth #hygiene #periodshygienetips #pregnancy #monthlycycle #periodspain #caretips #antenatehealth

Estrogen is a hormone found in women that helps to regulate the menstrual cycle, maintain bone density and increase sexual appetite. It's also responsible for developing the breasts and other female reproductive organs. During pregnancy, estrogen levels increase significantly as it helps to create a healthy baby. However, after childbirth, estrogen levels gradually decrease. This is why it's important for post-natal women to take estrogen supplements to help restore their hormone levels. #estrogen #oestrogen #hormones #healthylifestyle #health #nutrition #womenshealth #hormoneimbalance #knowyourbody #menopause #hormonebalance #hormonehealth #womenswellness #hormonalhealth #estrogendominance #happyhormones #healthyhormones #hormonesupport #pregnancyhormones #womenshormones #femalehormones #wellnessjourney #healthymind #antenatehealth #periods #menstrualcycle #monthlyperiods #estrogenproduction #estrogenos2 m
