If I had a nickel everytime my favorite character on a TV show had mommy and daddy issues, was in love with their best friend, had severe self esteem issues but pretended to be confident, was constantly being self sacrificial, found out he had a brother as an adult, had a much better father figure named Bobby, and was bisexual coded and actually got to be openly bisexual on screen? As much as I want Eddie to get a major tummy ache about Buck and Tommy, I also want him to be entirely overly enthusiastic to compensate like yes he’s Bothered and Bewildered but there’s probably a reasonable explanation for that. His best friends are dating! That means they like each other now! Everything’s so fun and cool! Sure he feels a little sad when they’re on a date without him but it’s so much fun when they all get together for trivia night! The pit in his stomach when he goes home alone and Buck goes home with Tommy is probably nothing!!!!!!
