                                   Nati could feel the warmth of her ears become even hotter, embarrassment settled in awkward manner after the great sign of affection. The girl wasn't used to it, not even her closest loved ones did such a brave thing. Though she continuously spoke of her love for the brunette, could it be true? They lived in different ways; the other mostly had some sort of experience with this emotion of love. Nati was still unsure, but to keep the other's spirits up she merely agreed.

In contrast with her darling's smooch, Nati's was soft and seemed as shy as her own introverted personality

She very much loved Nati, after all, so why should she want to share her? Of course, the lessons that mama always taught about sharing was a teaching that remained very much present, but it couldn’t stop the child from trying as petite arms remained firmly locked around the smaller’s frame.                                   While the meaning of a valentine was lost between the space where the brunette had squished her darling friend in a tight embrace, it hardly mattered as the youth’s objective had been completed. The hand-made card and sweets had been delivered along with the message of her unbridled affections. The sweet exchange of confessions was only topped when the girl placed a kiss against the smaller’s cheek.

                                               ❝Yeah! Now we can be valentines for a long, long time! Or… At least until next year is what Mama said.❞

                          N's cheeks soon became red with her ears following suit. Their embrace seemed endless in this moment of time, the happiness they shared was truly a sight to see. She couldn't help but laugh softly and nuzzle the brunette's cheek. It was times like these that the girl thought of all those make believe storied of fate and wondered if this was one of them.

                          ❝Yes. I shall cherish this valentine of yours until next year, or a very long time!❞

                                 Before the green-haired girl could reply, her words were silenced with the sudden amount of stuff pushed in her direction. She quickly tried to keep them contained but were soon squished against her frail body as the brunette embraced the other. She tried her best to hug the other and ended up snuggling against the mimic's cheek.

                              ❝–O-Oh...! How, how kind of you Monono. I love you as well if this is what a valentine is!❞

                           An answer wasn’t even required before a petite hand dug into a bag tied to the youth’s side, shoving a decorated bag of handmade cookies and a card drenched in glitter and markers. A beaming smile topped off the present, how could the child not give a valentine to her dearest friend? It was an impossible thought.
