Reflection of my profession that I choose.

Be a resposible individual for the society to have model of leadership and patronizing of what profession that you choose. Because everybody has their own capability to be able contribute of their hardship to had a better institution to handle all the people of society. YOU are one of them, continue it and be a good influence to others.

Keep in touch always no matter what consequence you've faced for the next generation that never experienced lack of attention.

There are a lot of difficulties in life but we have a dream. A dream that we can be a professional. A professional that we can be a success. A success that's makes our life satisfied. But being a professional teacher, they are struggling to pass the knowledge to the students who experienced of a hardship of life especially on the students in the public school. But teacher Sabrina Ongkiko said " Being a teacher it cannot do to provide all the needs of the student and also DEPED, but the community and the unity of people who can give an effort to help the student's poor. Because being a teacher is not about their profession nor success that they are effective teaching. But the student is the main priority to learned and saying to their self that "I can do it" and "I learned".

Teacher is a profession but what is teacher life's true calling? It is always been to love, a love that provide us to have hope to resolve all the circumstances and to be love to share what you've learned as well as the others gave the knowledge to you. But if I were the teacher, I was been inlove to teach and do not think the hindrance. You have been focus on the student and provide if they have needed. Because a teacher is a second mother to protect and to love their children. Let us treasure them of every minute on their school and to learned. In the next generation, they are the one who stand infront of the people to show of what the professional is.

Everyone has own history.

The historical foundation of teaching started when the Spaniard and American have been colonizing the Philippines. Yet, it is so valuable to teach the Filipino citizen to have a knowledge and skills that will provide to know everything. In a Spanish Period, had build a strong foundation of teaching of having a public school in the law of Educational Decree of 1863. Soldiers are the first teacher in the American period. Thomasites are called in the teachers from USA and yet, American who gave an authority to the Filipino's have opportunity to take commission on higher education and that is pensionado.

There are so many things had happened in that period but actually gave the chance to the Filipino to learned in the field of education. And because of the government in the Philippines, Filipino have an ability to be a professional teacher and to teach many children to became an educated one. That is the influence of the colonizer that will be helpful to the Filipino to be a knowledgeable in every generation.

One of the teachers wants the best for the students and that is the learning that provide us to explore our mind in the essense of the world. Being a learner that learned by the teacher is a heartful feeling because there are someone who will teach across the difficulties of life. And that is the history of teacher education in the Philippines.

1. Does the teaching profession fulfill all the elements of a profession? Explain your answer.

> Teaching profession should fulfill all the elements of profession. It is a way to enhance their skills and widening the knowledge they have. Because the 9 elements will help to proof that you are sacrifice to study to achieve the profession. And also it help to train well to do their job.

2. Why does a profession like teaching require long years of initial professional education and continuing professional development after the long, arduous initial professional education?

> Become a professional one is not an easy to achieve. The initial professional education takes time to have, you need to study 4 years to achieve a degree and to have a profession. So, it is not arduous to have a profession if one person have determination and willingness. They give their time and effort to have a profession and gather knowledge/skills to teach and shared someday all the learnings they have. However, the continuing profession development helps to grow even more the personality and knowledge/skills of a person to be an effective teacher and trained well to do their job.

3. Is professionalization synonyms to professionalism?

> Professionalization was an act to be a professional, it will be a training or skills that you have to develop to become a professionalism. On the other hand, the professionalism it is a skill, good judgement, and polite behavior that expected to someone who are trained to do their job. Which means, the professionalization is synonyms to professionalism because it will give a professional character that someone expected of it.

In my first five months here in Central Luzon State University I've learned how to be an independent person, it transform me to be a mature woman. Every stories here in this school serves as my inspiration, gives me encouragement, eagerness and determination into my studies. It helps me to love more my chosen course. Just like Shakuntala Devi said staying here in CLSU you wouldn't less taught about you having a degree but enjoying staying here as I've learned a lot of things here especialy the wonders of life.
