DAY ONE: my stats

64 inches, 109.6 lb, bmi 18.8

im so close to underweight and this is my first time in the 100s since i was like 12 so this is so exciting

Your UGW

You had become so close so many times prior. But this time was different. You learnt it was not about the discipline, or the extreme restriction or the motivation. You learnt it was about doing this entire thing a little slower, a little more mindfully. You had reduced your calories to a place where you were perfectly satiated, yet still loosing weight. It was so easy for you now, you almost could laugh about all the time you wasted binging and restricting. You were then thankful for your new found knowledge. You had never felt so close to your own self before. You felt so in control and at ease. You filled your mind with positive thoughts as you slowly lifted the covers from your body. You gracefully slid across the cold wooden floor over to your mirror where you allowed yourself to take everything in. Your small dainty arms, your protruding collar bones, your little neck and hollow face, your tiny tiny waist, your bubble butt and toned thighs. Wow. You realized you had been holding your breath. You felt so beautiful in this moment. So so beautiful. You smiled large and allowed yourself to really experience this. You then carefully made your way to your bathroom. You carefully did the steps to your face routine. You no longer really needed to, your skin was very clear from all the water you now drank, but still kept it up because you enjoyed how it made you feel.  You then stripped off your bra-lette and sleep shorts. You stepped, one. two. feet on the scale. The scale blinked 0.00 a few times, as it always did. Then it showed you the number. A giant grin took over your face, and then a gasp. You did it. You reached your UGW. The UGW you fantasized about for years. The one you yearned for, here it was, in front of you. You felt so accomplished, you did this for none other than yourself. You felt invincible. You could do anything you wanted. This was the moment you had waited for, for so long. You then excitedly pranced to your wardrobe. Picking outfits was so much fun now! You decided upon the skin tight green turtle neck and light blue bell bottom jeans in a size 0. You put on your chunky brown boots and a necklace, brushed your hair into place and checked it out in the mirror. My gosh. You looked like you should be on a magazine. You decided to meet up with friends later but first decided to do some celebrating with yourself. You walked over to your favorite beach and basked in the late October sun. The rays penetrating your turtle neck, you weren’t too hot, nor too cold.  People always recognized you now, everywhere you went, you could tell how beautiful people thought you were. It felt amazing, to be able to express yourself and your confidence through your outfits and kind demeanor. You smiled at everyone as they past, you gave waves to strangers, you did all you could to add a little love and light to the world around you. Your outside appearance finally reflected your inside appearance. Light, full of life and ready for anything.
