warnings: some fluff, soft draco, none other than that

I copied down the last of my notes and leaned back into my chair. I set my quill down and glanced at the platinum blonde boy beside me. He was toying with the thick, silver ring on his slender fingers.

I nudged him playfully, flashing him a sweet smile, “That’s a really nice ring Draco.”

Everybody always cowered in the presence of Draco. I never understood why. He was good to me. We were friends in a way.

“Oh yeah?” he slid the ring off his finger and gently took hold of my hand, putting on it my index finger.

My face heated up and turned scarlet at the sudden physical touch.

The ring was shiny, silver, and it had a little snake engraved on it.

I smiled to myself.

My eyes met Draco’s and the corner of his mouth twitched upwards into a small smile and I blushed madly. He chuckled to himself at my reaction.

Because for some reason, Draco had this kind of effect on me. Whenever he looked at me, it felt as if time had stopped for a few seconds and it was just the two of us. Sometimes, whether it be in class, at dinner, or in the common room, our gazes would meet and he would flash me a warm smile which made my stomach erupt into butterflies.

“Looks good on you.” he commented, his hand still holding mine.

“Class dismissed, Leave now.” Professor Snape drawled out. As students left their seats and exited the room with chatter, Draco leant over and whispered in my ear, “Keep it for the day. Meet me at the astronomy tower at midnight.”

His hot breath fanned over my neck and sent a shiver down my spine.

I grinned at him as he exited the classroom and looked down at my hand, admiring the ring once more.

a/n: i’m up for requests about any character from any of the fandoms on my masterlist!

“Here, put your hand out like this”, Draco demonstrated as he lifted his hand in the air and lay it flat.

I furrowed my brows. What on earth was he up to now?

I put my hand out hesitantly and copied his action, curious as to why he wanted me to do this in the middle of class.

He put his hand against mine and the coldness of his ring sent shivers down my spine.

“Are you comparing our hand sizes Draco?” I chuckled lightly at him as he smirked at me.

“Your hands are so small. It’s hilarious really.” he said, toying with my fingers and examining my hand.

I felt my cheeks warm up as a rosy tint covered them.

God, if only he knew how he made me feel.

“Y/N are you blushing? Ah…young love.” Blaise smugly spoke seated from behind us as he leaned back into his chair.

Me and Draco both turned around as he smacked him on the head playfully.

He pointed at Draco, “Now that was just uncalled for.” he whined, rubbing his head.

“Shut it Zabini.” Draco acted offended but I could tell he was secretly enjoying this.
