X-Mafia Games
Hi! We run Mafia games entirely through discord approximately twice per month. We've run games since Fall 2020.
Mafia is an among-us style deception game where a small group (the mafia) are trying to kill all players (the town) while the players try to find and vote out the mafia.
We traditionally have done X-men themed games but have branched out to all comics, televisions and movies! The themes are endless!
Our upcoming game is based on Grey's Anatomy Season 1 & 2! Followed by X-Force in February!

y'know one of the things I love about the X-Men fandom is how there are so many different characters to like and appreciate in their own way, and yet everyone I run into seems to have Their Guy.
and some of them are pretty standard (Scott Summers, Mystique, Logan, Gambit) and that's to be expected, but if you scroll through the X-Men tag eventually you'll run into someone who is just foaming at the mouth for Toad or Spyke or even ones like... Maggott and Xorn and Glob Herman
and it doesn't matter WHY that character is Their Guy, whether it's for their powers or their story line or the fact that they're just such a wild card, but they will defend Their Guy to the ends of the Earth. And I love it.

Cyclops gets such a rough deal man. imagine having brain damage that caused you to uncontrollably shoot laser blasts out of your eyeballs destroying everything in sight that you had to worry about literally 24/7 and also you had to supervise teenagers throwing cars at each other because your father figure and his ex are taking leftist infighting to the streets and also on top of that whenever you show any amount of concern over this situation people are like "jeez what a buzzkill. loosen up control freak. why can't you be all chill and cool like wolverine" meanwhile wolverine is having his amygdala forcibly removed by the us military for the third time this month
