2015 starting out on the right foot..or maybe it's my left foot
2015 has gotten off to great start. My training is remaining steady but I have no races on the schedule in the next 2 months so I’m not pushing too hard. Closing out 2014
2012 = Year of Quantity (wow, I did a lot of races)
2013 = Year of Injury (I/T Band in January and L4/L5 Surgery in July)
2014 = Year of Quality (less races but more satisfying runs)
2015 = hmmmm
