Kevin Jones was born in Kingston Jamaica and has always have a love for music. While attending Calabar High School he met friends that also had similar love for music. A friend encouraged him to writing a song and from that day the artiste Alti_ego imerged. Since then Alti_ego has been doing music with a variety of productions both locally and internationally, grooming his talent and promoting his music. Alti_ego is a member of Kemxtri Musik which was form in Calabar High School in 2002 but is still an individual artiste. Presently Ego is working with Landmine Records & Publishing, BurnUp Records & Tough Iron Music among others.Alti_ego is a lyrical artiste with a heavy commanding voice and and is very versatile and is able to flow on dancehall, reggae or hiphop beats.
