I feel like Rowling is trying so hard to be relevant but she simply isn't. Let's be honest here since Harry Potter has she created anything noteworthy ? Other authors who are actually good have made other series or books that although may not have the same popularity as their main series still hold up pretty well in the public domain. But Rowling ? Her one book that she published after Harry Potter ended was crap and I certainly have not heard any rave reviews about it

This is fascinating for two reasons.

1. They haven’t actually apologised for anything. She’s pre-emptively rejecting an apology that they have no intention of giving.

2. Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson are extremely well-liked. A lot of people are more attached to them in their roles as they are to the actual characters in the books.

What does JK Rowling gain by coming out with this?

So I just saw a post by a random personal blog that said “don’t follow me if we never even had a conversation before” and?????? Not to be rude but literally what the fuck??????????

I’ve had people (non-pornbots) try to strike conversation out of nowhere in my DMs recently, and now I’m wondering if they were doing that because they wanted to follow me and thought they needed to interact first. I feel compelled to say, just in case, that it’s totally okay to follow this blog (or my side blog, for that matter) even if we’ve never talked before.

Also, I’m legit confused. Is this how follow culture works right now? It was worded like it’s common sense but is that really a thing?

Yknow it's like any other condition you get as you age. Some ppl after 25 are like "yeah I got another diagnosis and have this condition now so I can't eat certain foods or my body basically attacks itself."

And others are like "haha yeah my back hurts frequently but I'm fine. No I don't need a doctor, and next thing you know they have scoliosis."
