OKAY ANALYSIS TIME HERE WE GO:
Overall, I think the song is about being stuck in a cycle of bad habits and self sabotage. You know it's bad and damaging to you, but sometimes it's easier to fall victim to negativity/depression/anxiety/etc than to try and fight it. Deep down, tyler knows he doesn't want to keep falling back into the cycle, so he emphasizes that he only has enough strength to try and break free one last time (also mentioned in the I Am Clancy video)
Here are some lines that felt important to highlight:
-I don't care, you control me leading me anywhere -Controlled by Blurryface, in the end, he follows him anywhere
-There's no chance I will shake this again -No chances reference, running out of energy
-Kinda wishin' that I never did "Saturday" -Wishing he never had to lie to people and perform
-Are you doin' good? Did you solve all of your problems?" -Died 2017, Born 2024, welcome back Blurryface voice in songs. Stain is the blurry paint, the young kid (possibly young tyler) doesn’t know what the paint means, asking if it's a stain and he should fix that.
-Accidentally uncovered a new one yesterday What happened to what I brushed under the rug?- problems will always be there, even if we ignore them or think we overcome them, there's always a new one waiting.
-I should've loved you better, do you think that now's the time- feeling guilty for not being present for the people that love him
-I used to be the champion of a world you can't see- Personally, I think this is a reference to being a martyr for DEMA or with the Banditos. It's a world we know of and we all have our own version, but we can't see his world. He used to be a champion, but keeps falling back into the cycle. 'King of a kingdom, swinging on a swing, something happened to my imagination'

trench is my favorite album of theirs and this was my first ever tøp concert in 2018 :’) it came at a time in my life when i needed it most and has gotten me through the past few months (which have been nightmare-ish, i love college)
but yesterday marked two years sh free and i didn’t even remember til i woke up today. it was rough there for a minute and i wasn’t totally certain i would make it to two years. but trench and regional at best have been the safety net for getting through this semester. im almost done with this year, and i’ll start fresh next semester. i think i’ll go get ice cream later to celebrate :-)
