I saw people pointing at Camilla being overly possessive like here:

Yet, why this attitude? Remember that along with Marx, she may be the only sibling who remembers Aqua. Her younger sister was captured by Hoshido, just like what seems to happen to Kamui at the beginning of the game. She doesn’t want to lose any of her family to the enemy again thus she is watching more intently on Kamui since she probably knows you aren’t Nohrian.

Overall I do not say it is a recommendable behaviour but under the circumstances it is understandable. And to Leon and Elise, it looks like Kamui is simply Camilla’s favourite which isn’t nice for the younger siblings at all.
