Though the full extent of its disabilities are purposely concealed from the general public, Fizz's prosthetic limbs are quite common knowledge. It is hard of hearing, and as a result it does sign. That is also easy to glean from its presence in public; while Fizz passes for hearing quite well, there are always going to be environments where it can't hear.

Under the surface and out of the public eye, it has PTSD both from the accident AND from its time spent working closely with Mammon. It is chronically ill, suffers from chronic pain and fatigue issues, and is immunocompromised. It does suffer from nerve damage, but most of the damage it suffered was eventually repaired by doctors either through association with Mammon or Ozzie.

Val is intersex. He has a separate and distinct penis ( which is perpetually in an erect or mostly-erect state ), clitoris, urethra, vagina, and anus. Technically, his penis also functions as an ovipositor, and he does lay eggs, though they're all duds. He does also produce semen, but of course, he, like all sinners, is infertile.
