this weekend so far I’ve been eating too much BUT I’m going to the gym now and hopefully that can help get me back on track.
since I started dieting and calorie counting this past week I’ve lost a little over a pound and a half which is really great but I’m just super scared that with the eating I’ve been doing these past two days I’ve destroyed the little progress that I’ve made.
It just sucks because I was getting used to the headaches and feeling hungry. It felt so good. I was so in control of me and my weight and what I ate and now it feels like I’m back at square one. I just hope I can do better going forward.

all it should take if you’re disciplined enough is three to four months. you’ll be at you goal weight in four months.
the food will still be there in four months. mcdonald’s will still exist in four months. that donut place will still be there after four months. food won’t leave, it’ll still be there when you’re skinny. why eat it now? why not eat it when you’ve reached your goal?

went to the gym for the first time!! loved it and am so happy that it’s an easy drive and that the location is super nice!!
I was super hesitant at first because I’m suuuuuper unfit and very fat BUT everyone was really nice and I realised that literally no one cares; everyone is just does their own thing, and it’s really great.
I was upset because I went over my calorie limit for the day but the exercise that I did brought me to just below the limit!! gahhhh I’m so happy
