Well every attempt has failed so... what's your point? Socialism and communism caused the most deaths in the 20th century out of any economic system. So just becuase your wet dream fantasy version of it hasn't been tried doesn't mean it won't also fail just like every other time. Umm ya I actually do. If a city can't provide clean water for its citizens that's a failure of government, it's got nothing to do with capitalism. Lack of food and clean water is a mark of socialism. The same situation is happening in Venezuela right now where a loaf of bread costs $100 and people kill dogs for food. Without capitalism probably no one would know about this disaster or donate anything.
