I know it’s mad annoying when ppl come on here and post think pieces about something we all generally agree on but I have to make a post about it. In the past year I’ve had not one, not two but three of my close friends experiance sexual assault, not one of them got the justice they deserved. The system is against women, it always has been and it always will be. I’ve sat in police stations and held my friends hands as they go through the trauma. These men NEVER get the justice they deserve. Seeing these brain dead footballers go and praise and support a man who had 13 different women accuse him of rape is sickening and I’ve gone and unfollowed each and every one of them.

when will people realize that if you are a rich, famous, powerful man you can get away with just about anything, especially something which people already don’t care about.
the justice system regarding rape and sexual assault cases is always so so disappointing considering there are very few cases where the rapist actually gets punished.
if a man is accused of rape/sexual assault by 13 (!!!!!!!) women i could care less about his mental health
“lets pray for benjamin” no. lets pray for the women whose lives have probably been ruined by this man.
“we can’t accept this to happen to us athletes”what about the hundreds of other athletes who have been accused of rape/sexual assault etc. (cr7 and hakimi to name a few)

When the door locked behind you, you were unsure of what to expect. You’d wanted to stay home and spend the evening with Mason, knowing that the possibility of a change in the situation hovered over him, but then his dad had come over and your brother had needed help and Mason had convinced you he’d be fine for not even two hours. But now that there was nothing but silence in the house, you regretted leaving.
Not even 20 minutes ago, Tony had messaged you: They found an agreement.
Making what had been on the back of your mind for months a reality now: Mason would be leaving his boyhood club after an ordeal of constant back and forth, unnecessary and painful drama and negative PR.
Because of the despair and disappointment Mason had experienced throughout the last weeks and months, you were relieved that everything had finally come to an end, but since he’d never given up the faint hope that Chelsea would change their mind and keep him, you were unsure whether the agreement was a good or bad ending.
The keys jingled as you placed them on the small table in the hall and just a couple of seconds later Mason appeared. He stopped in his tracks when your eyes locked and just like him you were frozen on the spot, not knowing whether to smile or not as his expression wasn’t giving away how he felt.
