Ingredients:

2 cups chopped cucumber

6-8 table spoons aloe gel - if bought you need the purest aloe gel you can find 95%-100% is preferable. Or you can harvest your own aloe gel if you have an aloe plant.

½ cup concentrated green tea - I use two tea bags

Process:

After you have peeled and chopped up the cucumber, blend it in a blender or food processor, then strain the juice into a bowl with the finest sieve you can find. Mix it with the green tea thoroughly and set aside. Place the aloe gel in a different bowl and slowly start mixing in the cucumber/green tea mixture. It should form into a thicker gel consistency. Slowly keep adding either aloe or cucumber/green tea until you achieve the desired consistency. Since all aloe gels are different, especially store bought, it will be up to you to determine this. Once it’s to your liking, pour into a jar or small container and refrigerate. Apply at night before bed. Optional: mix in a few drops of vitamin E oil.

After you’ve made the gel it’s up to you to use whatever magic you like with it. I drew a beauty sigil on the bottom of the jar to give it an extra kick. I also thought about what I want the results of this gel to be when I was making it and put my energy into it.

Magical properties:

Aloe is associated with feminine energy, the element of water, the moon, and the astrological sign Cancer. It is sacred to Venus/Aphrodite. It increases blood flow where applied to skin and has a soothing/cooling effect.

Cucumber is associated with feminine energy, the element of water, the moon, and the astrological sign Pisces. Cucumbers can lighten dark circles, decrease puffiness and reduce water retention in your eyes. They also have anti-aging properties and nutrients.

Green tea is associated with masculine energy, the element of fire, the sun, and the astrological sign Aries. Green tea contains caffeine which will increase blood flow and has plenty of nutrients for your skin.
