roller design heavy duty racks storage racks which o order as per size of dies / moulds/ jigs/ fixtures/ tools from 40 kgs to 10000 kgs each to be stored in single// double/ three tier racks. With a pair of roller blocks fixed like a rail track YOU WILL NEED TWO ROLLER TOP TROLIES HYDRAULIC OR MECHANICAL TO STORE DIES AND MOULDS JUST PUSH OT PULL FASTER USING ONE OR TWO PERSONS ONLY
The operator just pushes or pull out the dies / moulds/ jigs/ fixture / tools since they are placed on HEAVY DUTY parrallel rollers each roller having two bearings the efforrt reqired reduced to 7–10 percent of its weight savings in time upto 80 percent ADITRON DIES AND MOULDS STORAGE RACK ROLLER DESIGN
