Sorry, but no. Mary loved Edward, she always did. I would believe a rivaly with Elizabeth, due to their moms, but she actually cared a lot for Edward since the firts moment, when she was given the option to take the throne by force she reject it. They did fight, as any silbing, but she NEVER hated him.
I feel like Mary would have started off hating Edward when he was first born cause he was a boy but the two actually got on with Mary almost acting like a mother to him (22 years age gap)
