I always preferred the blue one. In my middle school, it was the red, blue, purple, and orange or pink. We used to start urban legends about certain colors having faster internet speeds lol. In high school, we began renting out the clamshell versions (always blue) from the library to use in different parts of the school or at home (when the assignment took all day).

I showed my mom the clamshell laptop and her eyes glinted. She was gonna buy one for me but she learned of the price and we couldn't afford one. 😔

The computer lab in my middle school always had these colorful imac computers and I loved them. I used to always try and sit at a pink one! And when id finish my work, id go on neopets 😊

Longwood Gardens, in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania. Designed and constructed by the horticultural staff of Longwood Gardens. It's one of the premier horticultural display venues in the world, was first established as an arboretum in 1798 by Joshua and Samuel Peirce.

The land and its arboretum was purchased by Pierre S. du Pont in 1906 to preserve the trees, and Mr. du Pont personally oversaw many of the improvements until the Gardens were turned over to a foundation he set up in 1946. While the exterior gardens enjoyed an international notoriety early in this century, Longwood Gardens is now equally well known for its indoor displays.

Thing is, people don't know how to be holy. Holiness has nothing to do with makeup or clothing. However, our clothing, makeup (if you want), or whatever has to be acceptable to the Kingdom. This means modesty and decency. Not wearing tight clothing, showing your behind, thighs, cleavage. Wear some non-ripped jeans, a nice shirt, clean clothes, have your hair done, you know.

Holiness means not molding yourself to the world (the culture today). Stop going to the bar, stop going to clubs, stop gossiping, stop complaining, stop rumor-spreading, stop arguing. Holiness means showing yourself as an example of the Kingdom of God. If people tell you to "live your one life and let's go to the house party to have fun", you know that party will have alcohol and unholy mannerisms. Don't go and tell those people why - don't be ashamed of Jesus. Tell them. But, don't be all arrogant about it. Just say "nah, I don't do that kinda thing anymore. I found Jesus. I can't."

Remember, being Christian means you WILL face persecution. Don't be discouraged! Some people will be disgusted by your holiness, however, some will grow curious and would like to know more about holiness. This is why we're the salt of the earth.

Why should we be holy? God requires it. But I fail Him everyday. Paul articulates his struggle with sin beautifully in Romans 7. for I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For I do not do the good I want to do. Instead, I keep on doing the evil I do not want to do. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death?Thanks be to God, through Jesus Christ our Lord...He gives us the solution, only through Him and His Spirit we can overcome the flesh. Leaning on Him, He is our only strength. He alone can give us the power to say no to sin and temptation.

Check your phones and make sure your microphones are TURNED OFF. If you want it on, that's fine. But, if you're like me and don't like it on, go to your settings and turn it off. When I first bought my phone, I turned it off. Just recently, I saw that it was on again. The apps I downloaded that wanted access to my microphone, I denied them. But, my microphone still turned on. Stay vigilant, y'all.
