“Every conversation that you have with another person is another chance for IT' to be revealed, and only you know what the IT is. For me, it’s my complete lack of wit or talent. (…) any conversation could reveal how dumb I am about wide swaths of the human experience.”

i hate when i send someone a meme in another language and they're like "uhm... translate? 😒" fucker i sent you a meme where 90% of the words have an english cognate and/or you don't need to know what they're saying to find it funny. can you at least TRY
Get you a man who would leave his new job working for a millionaire on a yacht to go back to making you tea over a campfire while you sleep off your latest hijinks in a potting shed
I do watch quite a lot of language learning videos on yt and there are a lot of well made and very helpful ones but the titles are really going on my nerves sometimes - even the good ones often have titles like 'STOP saying ...' and then when you watch the video it's like 'no actually you can absolutely use this word, in fact that's the one most frequently used in that kind of context, but here are some alternatives if you want to be more formal / more casual / just want to switch it up'
Clickbaity titles in general are one of the things that annoy me the most (especially that 'writing one or several WORDS in ALL CAPS' thing)
