Rhett or Link?

Impossible to chose. I love them both for different reasons.

I love Link ‘Kink’ Neal, with his dark and stunning features. I want him with his long capable hands and broad square shoulders. His fucking perfect face and those blue eyes. Dammmn.

I love his quirky and morbid sense of humor. His ability to be a freaking toppy top and then act like a complete idiot.  I like it that his mouth is not connected to any filter known to man and that he gets MAD as a hornet in less than 2 seconds. His ability to laugh at himself and at others without any preamble. How loyal he is. His freaking amazing acting chops. I love him.

Plus he totally knows how doable he is.

And then there is Rhett ‘Bean’ McLaughlin who I also freaking want with the force of a freight train. He is tall with pecs that fill out a shirt so well and round cheeks for days. but despite being good looking, I really just love the way he thinks. The fact that he gets so obsessed with things. His never ending excitement for the new and unusual, I totally get.

I also love that considering his background, he’s allowed himself to be who is really is. A soft sweet bean of a man that would rather be pretty and cuddle his dog. I love the way he calls his dog baby. I love that he looks at Link with the biggest heart eyes I have ever seen. And that he likes wearing lipstick and women’s jeans. 

I just love this giant sweet man with hands that I want on me and thighs that I flail with @thegreyhenley​ about. His now swooshy ice-cream hair and his freckles and his dad dance moves.

So in conclusion. Both.

a nostalgic edit before i go for the night

Scene: an empty beach at dawn. A naked man lies stranded at the water’s edge, unmoving. A pair of hairy feet stumble upon him. Pan up. It’s Link in board shorts, ready for his morning surf. “Oh shoot, oh shoot, is he dead?” Link panics. Scanning the area for help and seeing none, he decides he must help the man. “K, you can do this, remember your CPR training,” he gives himself a pep talk. He checks for a pulse… weak, but still alive. Breathing? None. He tilts the man’s heavily bearded chin up, his handsome profile aglow in the golden dawn. Their lips meet. The man remains still as the first breath expands his lungs. A look of worried concentration on his face, Link tries a second rescue breath. The man heaves, coughs, and sputters, and turns to face his rescuer. He looks like he’s seen an angel. “I’m Link. Can you walk? I’ll drive you to the hospital,” Link extends his hand to shake the other man’s, helping him to his feet. “Rhett,” he replies hoarsely. “Thanks.” “And after that, I can give you a haircut. Looks like you could use one,” Link the hairstylist says to the grizzled Rhett, wrapping him in his towel as they ascend the shore. The camera pans out. It’s Buddy System season 2. Rhett turns out to be a merman who wished for legs. Strange hijinks ensue.

8 episodes. 7 songs. 1 finale. Thank you so much for being such an amazing duo and for creating Buddy System! I absolutely love the ride while it lasted, and ya know what? How about season 2? I’ve had tons of fun making all of these for the past week soo ye :D Stay mythical, as always, to the amazing Rhett and Link, and of course to the Mythical Beasts too! 

And thank you, so much. I’ve only been here for about 2 months, but it felt like I’ve been here for so long. The community here is so cool, so thanks for just sticking around! <3
