I would like to put down my argument that Vlad is wearing eyeliner, and this is not just tired eyes/eye-bags. This doesn't negate that he might have dark under-eyes as well, but this is definitely eyeliner.
Exhibit A:
The line around Vlad's eyes are thick and solid black.
We know for a fact that they can and will animate dark under-eyes, as we see with Danny in Control Freaks here:
See! That's not eyeliner, that is the tired eyes look. This is shading, rather than a thick solid line.
Freakshow clearly has eyeliner, and this is not a leap of judgment, seeing as he is explicitly goth.
So when you compare Freakshow's obviously meant to be eyeliner, and look at Vlad, it is very clear that he's wearing eyeliner.
Now his isn't as thick as Freakshow's and the thickness depends on the frame, but it's clearly thicker than other adult characters. See Maddie in this same scene:
So there. This is my submission. Vlad is an edgelord and he's wearing eyeliner and we love that for him.

Just curious, how come in any of your ficlets that midoriya has a decent quirk and or has a hero connection, bakugo still gets into ua? As far as I'm aware, the teachers in their old school let bakugo get away with all he did in part because of his potential to be a hero. in a story where midoriya has a similar potential, one would think that at least some teachers would side with midoriya and get some sort of black mark on his record while they were backing their horse. part 1/2
part 2/2 or why bother backing someone with the mere potential to be a hero when their is someone with active hero connections right there?
For a few reasons. First of all, Bakugou is canonically very careful about his record. See also him telling off his 'friends' for smoking because of how that can get put on the record.
Second, even if they do side with Midoriya, two kids is better than one.
Additionally, in most of my AUs where Midoriya has a Hero connection, he doesn't even attend Aldera or Bakugou has already mellowed out.

the thing about jujutsu kaisen is it really is as gay as everybody says and it is equal opportunity about it. yeah whatever the hell satosugu and itafushi got goin on but at the same time nobara’s backstory is like she was plucked out of an angsty yuri and accidentally put into a shonen. then two twin sisters who hate each other are fighting over her. megumi is telling yuji he never once regretted saving yuji and satoru is calling suguru his “one and only” meanwhile nobara talks about her literal ring of keys moment as a kid and thinking of her childhood best friend in her final moments. a BL and a GL at the same time we just don’t have time to unpack all of that bc bitches are dying left and right

quick advice from an arctic circle girl for people who are experiencing colder winters than usual and/or have to be outside in below freezing temperatures for longer periods than they’re used to for protests etc: if your phone suddenly dies and the screen says it’s out of battery when you know it isn’t (I know this can happen to iphones, at least some models i’ve had. idk about android) it could be because of the cold. put your phone inside your sweater between your upper arm and rib cage. you should be able to turn it back on after like five or ten minutes. I know a lot of people who had never heard of that happening so I just thought i’d mention it. also bring a power bank, but you should try to keep it warm because i’ve heard power banks are also affected by cold.
