Your pants size in women's is the waist measurement of your men's pants size minus 20. 38x30 in men's becomes 18 in women's. some variation for cut and style but this is the baseline
Your shirt size in women's is one size up from your shirt size in men's. If you wear a men's small, you'll wear a women's medium
Your shoe size in women's is roughly two sizes up from your shoe size in men's. However, many men's shoes are slightly wider than women's shoes so you may have to get wide shoes in women's when you wear standard width in men's

So it's understood that the first time Astarion feeds on tav, it is intimate. Not necessarily sexual, but there's a closeness that needs to happen. Tav has to trust him with their life.
As their relationship progresses, I wonder if how he feeds changes. The first time he is gentle of course, even cradling tavs head and making them as comfortable as he can. But he still just bites and moves on.
But maybe, as time passes, he finds himself stroking tavs hair or rubbing his thumb along their cheek while he feeds. Or taking his time so he can hold them for a while longer.
Maybe that's one of the things that makes him realise how hard he's falling for them.

I love to play with the idea of Gortash being the one to be loBhaaltomized and tadpoled, and how that dynamic shift would change everything… so here’s a snip from a little role reversal AU for him and my durge Damrys.
Sidenote it’s been forever since I’ve posted any of my art here, and I’m not really sure how often/how much I will in the future but I find tons of good BG3 stuff here so I thought I’d share!

And the majority just habitually remove them pre-emptively. At least in humanoid cities where there's barely room for someone their size to turn around, and people are always tripping and stepping on them, or don't understand the culture of when to ignore uncontrolled body language, or specifically target it in combat...
